Bitcoin’s got that swagger right now, no cap. In terms of profitability, it's like comparing a rollercoaster to a slow hike. Bitcoin can skyrocket overnight, turning a few bucks into a mini fortune, but it’s also risky and hella volatile. Real estate, on the other hand, is more like the steady, reliable friend. It appreciates over time and generates passive income through rent, but you're not gonna see those crazy gains like with Bitcoin. So, if you’re looking for fast money and can handle the risk, Bitcoin’s your wild ride. But if you want something stable and long-term, real estate’s got your back.
I would say Bitcoin is no longer a way to get rick quick and high risk, it's already become relatively stable asset right now. The price do increase, but not that high like the second and third halving, the market is getting matured though, the volatility is medium for Bitcoin.
The best investment in baby boomers era was investing in real estate since the price was still cheap, but here now, the best investment is Bitcoin since the price is still cheap!
