I received my first payment from a signature campaign. It feels really good when you do work online and get paid. I work in real life and I receive a salary from my boss. But being able to get a side job from a signature campaign that can be done from anywhere really helps me. I use my real life salary for my daily needs and I use payments from signature campaigns as my assets and emergency fund. I have had to use my salary from the campaign several times, such as when I had to buy furniture or make repairs at home. Honestly my life is better when I can have money saved in case something unexpected happens.

The OP said half of the payments he had received he invested in Bitcoin. This doesn't mean the OP received dollars and bought bitcoin. But OP only used half of the BTC he received and left the rest in Bitcoin as an investment.

And the other half of my payment I have invested in Bitcoin, I will hold it in Bitcoin, although I regularly invest and hold in Bitcoin using the DCA method on a weekly basis. But I have kept this money completely aside. Because this is my first online payment money so I will keep it separate. I have about $23 in bitcoin right now from my payment.

I would like to congratulate you with how you have distributed that prize that you've got from Blackjack's event. I was a winner too with bc.game's prediction event but I haven't decided yet on how I am going to spend it but maybe soon, I'd use a portion of it to DCA as well. I barely remember what I did with my first payment years ago but typically just like everyone else due to excitement, cashed it out. Touching it with cash and actual fiat probably did the excitement but as time passes by, people like me and the others have come to realize how important it is to save your BTCs first and wait for the right time to do that again. But no one will stop you from saving, investing, collecting and even selling, just do your own thing and be happy with the process and whatever will the results be. I hope @OP that you'll be more encouraged into accumulating more of it.

Congratulations and welcome to the beginning of your Bitcoin journey. I would advise that you send those bitcoin out of that exchange and into a wallet address that you have complete control over. Centralized exchanges aren’t bad but you should know that they are meant (or best) for you to trade assets and not store them.

Am happy for you for being so lucky in that prediction, you decision to invest some of that money into Bitcoin was also a smart move but the invested amount is small and will not yield much profit during bull market, keep investing more through the DCA strategy as you said to have been doing. The image on the OP looks like you are storing your Bitcoin in a centralized exchange, if that is right, you must not store your coins on exchange, it is risky.
