The problem is there is no way that the pool Will actually know you if you overpaid and even so they are not liable to pay back except they decide to do so. The only way people get refund is when the amount is outrageous and makes a headline on social media then they return to affected address. So maybe you can use the social media like twitter if you can find their handle and then tag them. Hopefully they return it but it’s not certain though

If the transaction have being confirmed it is impossible for you to get back the extra funds, and it still depends on the amount that you paid as extra. Although, if it is a big amount, it is left for the pool to return it back or not, and it is not compulsory because it is your choice to use a transaction fee that you want.

Are you sure that you overpaid, because if you are using child pay for parent, your transaction fee will be higher than the previous one that you used for the parent transaction, so that it can confirmed the parent transaction fast.

What is the name of the mining pool that mined the block? If you do not know the name of the pool, what is the block the transaction is? If you do not know the block, kindly let us know your txid which can be used to know the name of the mining pool that mined the block.

What is ME?

Can you post the transaction? If it took 3 blocks, I don't think you payed 1000x.

This is true because if he paid 1000x more, the transaction would been confirmed in the next block. In case of doubts, it would be better for if he can provide the txid which can easily be used to know if he is telling the truth or not and also we can easily use it to know the mining pool that mined the block.

Fees are not calculated based on how much coin you are sending rather it's calculated based on how much space your transaction will occupy on the block chain. In addition the bigger your fees the faster it would be added to the next block. So firstly how much fees did you spend during the CPFP transaction if it was a priority fee it would put you on a safer side.
You can actually cancel the transaction through resending the transaction by sending it back to the wallet address. However I won't advice that you do this since you would be wasting way too much fees. If the very first transaction gets confirmed first then you obviously did not make use of a higher fee or your transaction was never broadcasted.

Edit...

The problem is not the fee because the fee that you used was not more than 70 sat/vByte. Are you saying this address is not yours? 34rRxZmVEeTDsdyLHd3YuJPAFJ4DVT8tBD

You need to look at your wallet balance to know if the money has appeared. You did not pay 1000x. You paid not more than 70 sat/vByte.

If that address is not yours, it would be a mistake from you to have copied and pasted the wrong address or your device is infected with clipboard malware.

The blockchain explorer shows that your actual fee for the transaction was only 9,380 sats (fee rate 70.4 sat/vB). The rest of your funds went to this address: 34rRxZmVEeTDsdyLHd3YuJPAFJ4DVT8tBD, which is probably the change address in your Electrum wallet.

You said you did a "Child Pays for Parent" to speed up your ancestor transaction.  However, what you are describing doesnt quite make much sense. In a CPFP, the wallet shouldnt be sending funds to a new address you did not choose.

Could you double-check the destination address you used for the CPFP transaction?  Perhaps there was a misunderstanding.

ok, i think i solved it guys, this wallet is mainly on xverse and imported to electrum, i tried adding 5 new accounts in xverse and i still didnt find it in any of those new or old existing addresse's.. and i couldn't view all my receiving wallets in electrum,, what i did is electrum combines all amounts in all different address under the same seed into 1 transfer, so i made a transfer with the full amount in that seed to an other address and it turned out that the transaction added that amount to a new address, it was hidden in a new account that i couldn't find,, now its processing the transaction.. all should be solved soon..

thank you to everyone who took time to reply me.. truly a boss blockchain, hope this can help someone else who face's the same issue

If that address is not yours, it would be a mistake from you to have copied and pasted the wrong address or your device is infected with clipboard malware.
That address belongs to his wallet.
After the child pays for parent transaction, OP made a new  consolidation transaction: bbb4c44dd9abf5447965260741a754ac0ad63c80931ec7506aada53ec0ec
bf43
In this transaction the sending address and receiving one were used as inputs which means both of them belong to the same wallet.

-snip-, this wallet is mainly on xverse and imported to electrum, i tried adding 5 new accounts in xverse and i still didnt find it in any of those new or old existing addresse's.. and i couldn't view all my receiving wallets in electrum,,
That's because Xverse (inaccurately) labels each of the derived receiving addresses from your seed phrase as "Accounts",
So when you create Account2, it'll only show your second address as Account2's address.

And it does not use "Change Address" so the output of your CPFP transaction in Electrum wont show in Xverse no matter how many accounts (receiving addresses) you generate.

what i did is electrum combines all amounts in all different address under the same seed into 1 transfer, so i made a transfer with the full amount in that seed to an other address and it turned out that the transaction added that amount to a new address, it was hidden in a new account that i couldn't find,, now its processing the transaction..
Send "Max" worked since it didn't generated change.
But in cases where the user doesn't want to spend all of the UTXO just to spend the associated UTXO with the change address;
The 'Coins' or 'Address' tab (View->Show Coins/Addresses) can be utilized for "coin control" to select that specific UTXO to spend in that max send transaction.

I have never heard of xverse. Looking at how they label things, assuming that's their choice of terminology and not yours, I would never touch that wallet.

i tried adding 5 new accounts in xverse and i still didnt find it in any of those new or old existing addresse's.. and i couldn't view all my receiving wallets in electrum
Those are addresses, not accounts. You generated multiple addresses irrespective of how xverse decided to call them. The other term you are looking for is receiving addresses, not wallets.

what i did is electrum combines all amounts in all different address under the same seed into 1 transfer, so i made a transfer with the full amount in that seed to an other address and it turned out that the transaction added that amount to a new address
Bitcoin isn't an account-based cryptocurrency like Ethereum. If you have 2 ETH in your address, and you send someone 1, the rest remains in that same address. Bitcoin has UTXOs (coins). You have to spend the whole coin just like if it was a paper bill. If you have a $50 bill in your pocket, you have to give the whole bill to the party you are paying. You can't rip a third of it and put the rest in your pocket. That's how Bitcoin works as well. You spend the entire UTXO, with the amount you paid going to the destination address, one part to pay the fees, and the rest goes back to one of your (change) addresses as change.
