At website https://allprivatekeys.net/bitcoin-private-keys/addresses.php , you can see many addresses the web claims their privkeys has leaked.You can buy it at 1/10 balance it has. But is it just a fraud , once you send BTC to it , it just goes to the scammer and nothing will you get.

It's obviously just an attempt to scam people. If you have access to private keys for a wallet, why would you sell the funds x10 cheaper, when you can just use an exchange and get the best rates possible? Stay away from this site.

I also think so. The owner of the website can spend them directly. Or they can just donate to others. Why it uses this way, it is suspicious.

This one is an obvious case. The scammers prey on the greed of the victims that clouds their judgement into thinking they are going to make some very huge profit from the price difference. But if someone has any common sense, then they would ask themselves why they are selling the private keys at 10 times lower that the coins in the address are suspect something is off.

it's a scam, those lists of Bitcoin addresses could very well be just random addresses the scammer took online hoping that there are people dumb enough to actually fall for the scam. also, as you have mentioned, the owner of the website could take all those BTCs especially if they have the private keys for all of those Bitcoin addresses.

Everyone will be rich definitely if they're for real. If addresses that have balances on it and someone has got their private keys, it won't make sense to sell them. They'd totally sweep it out and take out those balances and leave them alone, it doesn't make sense right?

It is good that you did this, as there are many such scam websites used by scammers to lure victims with the amount of Bitcoin that the wallets contain, and after the victim transfers his money to buy the wallet, his money is stolen, and also sites such as privatekeys[.]pw or allprivatekeys[.]com. Offering services such as Private Keys Database, Buy Wallet.dat, or Wallet Recovery are fake and fraudulent, including Bitcoin private keys with compressed & uncompressed addresses and balances. These services generally aim to steal people’s funds and scam them. Therefore, it is recommended that you stay away from them completely.

I think many Bitcoin investors are not going to fall for this trap. Thanks for letting us know, but it's obvious that this is a scam because there's no way that you can get those private key as the odds are very little.

Hopefully, newbies will see this scam attempt.

I also reported this site as well to Google so that they won't index it. The domain registrar is namecheap, so I doubt that they will take down this site as it has been in existence for 2 years.

I don't understand the point of selling private keys one tenth the price of the actual bance. If the guy is honest he will never do that, if he is dishonest why he doesn't steal the funds himself instead of selling the private keys? He would earn 10 times the price he is selling them instantly, instead of waiting for people to discover his website and to buy his keys. And I don't think it's more ethical to use other people to steal money than to do it yourself.

The point is there, and it's actually to get a victim to scam 
Fraudsters don't reason at all except only trying to get a way of still some innocent person's coins, and I am sure some greedy newbies fall for such tricks. If some people still fall for the so-called Ponzi schemes, Pig butchering and Nigerian Prince scams, then they could potentially fall for this too.
