Making mistake is a norm, but learning from our mistake is what matters a lot. Whoever makes any mistake and did not learn from it will continue to make same mistake over and over again.

In gambling, I will not accept that we make mistakes in placing our bets because gambling is based on luck. The only mistake that I can say is done regularly is chasing of losses and that is done because such gamblers are gambling for profit, and even if you try to correct them that is not how gamble should be done, they will not listen, until they learn a hard lesson.

Making mistakes is in fact very good as it prepares us for the future, if I had not made mistakes earlier in my gambling activities when I was much younger, I may never had learnt how to gamble responsibly and making such mistakes now at my level would seem very detrimental to me. Mistakes really taught us important and valuable lessons in almost everything we do in life. That's why I love reading in this forum because somehow I come back to being a newbie and learn something new about the experience of another gambler. There are times I remember forum member's words and it will somehow save me or make me calm avoiding another mistake that could empty my wallet in a rush. In the case of gambling, I have a personal history myself a out getting more responsible because of my previous losses, it were not many though, but those certainly changed me as a person.
I used to play dices a lot using the typical strategy of newbie, using high wager and low risk, in order to to slowly accumulate a good possible earning from the session. Though, the inevitable happened and I ended up losing the same high wager I was risking with that foolish strategy.
since that experience I have never thought on doing the same on dices, and I have opted to rather to use a moderate wager and vary my risk with dices.

I believe that is the only personal story I can share and I does not have third party stories from my family, since most of them do not like to gamble on casino games, just a cousin.

Whatever you do will have results so can be positive or negative. Gambling methods will get you in short span of time but you have to have the right mindset to accept the results that will come from there. You have a point sometimes it's best we go through some difficult situations or make the wrong choices so we could learn form it and advice someone else not to go that direction, but most people Don't know how to handle mistakes and might not learn from it or get to see the broght side, so it's best we try to get up quick when we fall or try not to make to many mistakes.
