We don't profit from holds; they only cost us time and resources. The funds with high risk persentage are locked by our LP until a user passes KYC. That's why we've implemented
free AML checks for all users, to minimize disruptions. Any user can contact our Support Service to have his address checked before an exchnage. This option is in high demand and any user can go through it without registration, even without making an exchange.
