I've never been banned or lost money in a casino due to hacks, scams, glitches, or them not wanting to pay out. I've read some scary stories though about people who won and experienced delays on the side of the casino because they were trying to create so much hurdles that the player would eventually give up. Probably the worst was a situation of a guy who was asked to do KYC, but they demanded everything from him including his documents and utility bills translated to English by a sworn translator, or told him that a bill from a few months back was too old. He played there for months and wasn't asked for all that until he won big. The worst thing you can face is the casino trying to scam you.
This is one of my fears about using an online casino, that when I win, they'll ask for documents just to delay or, worse, discourage me from withdrawing my winnings. It may look legit on their side, as they'll explain they need to implement all the necessary measures to ensure everything is checked before the winnings are released.

However, the moment they start asking for documents, you comply, and then they ask for another, it's already a good sign that our chances of claiming our win are getting slim. I don't know how we can handle this situation when it's just between us and the casino, with no third party to determine which party is telling the truth or lying.

Well, that is often the reality that must be understood, as long as we don't make any mistakes and are in the right casino, we will never have serious and really complicated problems.
But many gamblers out there have experienced it and they say it as if it all the fault of the dishonest casino, but I think if you use the right casino and problems occur then it clearly the fault of the gamblers themselves.

Recently, I've read some comments about the KYC problem that was triggered because the user was suspected of cheating. Among the popular reasons are the violation of their TOS, which includes multi-accounting. As a gambler, if you find yourself in this situation and the casino has accused you of this but you are certain you didn't violate their rules, what should you do? How will you handle the situation if, as a result of this accusation, the casino closes your account and forfeits your funds? This is just one of many possible reasons. I have never faced any issue with any casino that I have used.

The only one I know of that would have led to me having an issue was one that happened when I was still in bcgame signature campaign - so, a user came and complained about the self-exclusion feature that it took more than a day to receive the email when he requested for self-exclusion and to confirm his claim I went and created a dummy account with a dummy email and then requested self-exclusion which came in few minutes after the request - but someone then pointed to me that they might block my account since an account that shares my ip address once requested self-exclusion and now I have an active account (which is against the ToS) - I had to talk with the support and got everything sorted out.

I haven't encountered a single problem in most reputable casinos I have played.The reason is simple and that is I have always done KYC up to level 2 at least,never used a VPN,never cheated and never use multi accounts.I pointed all these things here for the simple reason that I want to say as long as someone abide by the rules unexpected problems won't happen and in the rare case they do then I am 100% sure that is going to be solved in the fastest possible way exactly for this reason,you have abided by the rules.

You will not experience that if you gamble on trusted casino since they would not require a lot of documentation from their user before they can get their rewards. Only those small casino which can't able to pay or let say a pure scam will act like this to delay the payment or to not pay those who win on their casino. So we must avoid if we know certain cases exist so we will not experience any bad faith from them.

Those actions like they keep asking while you almost provide everything is action usually made by scammers so instead risking more your identity maybe better go to right venues and simply warn people about your experience since maybe you can save a lot of people for experience the same issues what you already encountered with them.

This is just one of many possible reasons. If you have encountered other problems, please share them and your solutions for dealing with them.
It's a complicated situation, maybe I could get frustrated or maybe throw a tantrum, but if it happened because of my fault with the casino and I ignored their rules or did multi-accounts, Of course I will give in and admit that, obviously if I attack of course I won't win, because they are the ones who uphold the rules of the casino, whatever the reason, I still won't be forgiven by the casino owner.

However, if I have obeyed their rules and I have played gambling and won fairly and the winnings can be accounted for, of course I will do something for the casino, so that they really suffer and feel the consequences, but the trick is 'Secret', and for now I feel safe and comfortable playing at the online casinos here, without any problems in any way, hopefully I will still be safe playing at any casino.

It's really frustrating when you are not talking to a real person because you are entertained ony by its bot. Worse, some casinos do not even maintain live support. They'll just tell you to email them as you can read in their website, and the first reply does not solve the problem. You'll need continuous communication until everything is settled. I guess it's understandable, especially if a casino is already growing, but personally, I feel more comfortable with a casino that has live support, even if I have to wait to be served.

I have lost money in a casino because the live support team was mainly bots. These bots misinterpreted my answers and closed my account which has some funds. It took the intervention of their representative in the forum for me to get the needed help, but I had already lost money. Casinos fail to understand that these bits cannot replace humans. Giving out a pre-programmed solution might not suit every condition. Another problem is when the live support personnel are not qualified for the job. Some of them don't know much about the casino so they might end up not giving the needed support. The support team should be qualified and knowledgeable about the casinos. I will never use a casino that doesn't have an effective live support system. Responding to emails takes a lot of time, which can be frustrating.

Gambling with casinos that have a signature campaign or a service thread in the forum gives a level of protection. You can always contact their representative about your problem if you don't get any response from the casino website. If you are not still okay with the response, you can go further to present your case to the forum community for deliberation.

I once played at a relatively new casino and followed the promotions they were holding, they held a freeroll poker competition event and I won the game there several times but unfortunately I couldn't withdraw the money because my account was asked to complete KYC, actually there wasn't much money that I got on that site so I tried to make a withdrawal but my account was asked to complete KYC, to be honest it wasn't because I didn't want to give my KYC to this new student, but the value I got was not worth it.

I only play at trusted and fairly large casinos so I don't have any problems with KYC there, but for new casinos I also feel worried about completing my KYC let alone giving my identity for just a few tens of dollars, I prefer to leave that site and if It's not wrong that the site can no longer be accessed and the site seems to be closed, lucky I didn't give my identity to withdraw money there if in the end this site closes, lol and that's my experience of gambling at a casino and that happened last year.

You wont really be able to have such issues or problems in regarding into these stuffs if  you do really just that make yourself that stick into those platforms on which you do know that it does have some less issues. When it comes on facing up some shit issues even you do know that you havent done something stupid but they do accuse you out on the moment that you had made out some nasty wins then it wont really be having no doubts that you are dealing with a shit site. You wont really be experiencing any of these conditions or sudden request of KYC if you are dealing with a legit or known site.
You do know that they wont be easily making those issues without solid proof. This is why if you do want to have that peace of mind then deal up with legit or known or popular sites.

I mean I imagine that I would just try to call the and explain the situation to them.  If calling is not an option, thank shooting them an email.  If you truly didn't do anything wrong, then hopefully the truth "shall set you free".

I'm curious though, how could one cheat online?  Also , what does having two accounts do, I don't see how either of these things are even possible.

If the casino confidently states that you are not the only player and you have another account, then most likely the casino will be right. It will be useless to argue and prove that it was not you but your dad, mom, friend, or someone else who accidentally used your Wi-Fi. In addition, many players who previously closed one account and asked the casino to do this over time either forget about it or simply do not consider it a violation. However, any misunderstandings with the casino and communication with support must be conducted in polite language without violating decency or restraining feelings. Even rude correspondence can be against you. But in cases where there are proven violations on the part of the casino, you just need to leave. I don't think it's possible to achieve any justice with fraudulent casinos.

Since I don't have too many special situations, I'm not too concerned, but in the past at a decentralized casino that did not require identity verification, I had money deposited into the wrong account and contacted the support department but did not receive the money back. I understand the mistake and responsibility is my own so I won't complain any more. I've never been banned or lost money in a casino due to hacks, scams, glitches, or them not wanting to pay out. I've read some scary stories though about people who won and experienced delays on the side of the casino because they were trying to create so much hurdles that the player would eventually give up. Probably the worst was a situation of a guy who was asked to do KYC, but they demanded everything from him including his documents and utility bills translated to English by a sworn translator, or told him that a bill from a few months back was too old. He played there for months and wasn't asked for all that until he won big. The worst thing you can face is the casino trying to scam you.
This is one of my fears about using an online casino, that when I win, they'll ask for documents just to delay or, worse, discourage me from withdrawing my winnings. It may look legit on their side, as they'll explain they need to implement all the necessary measures to ensure everything is checked before the winnings are released.

However, the moment they start asking for documents, you comply, and then they ask for another, it's already a good sign that our chances of claiming our win are getting slim. I don't know how we can handle this situation when it's just between us and the casino, with no third party to determine which party is telling the truth or lying.

There's always that common sense. If they ask you for documents when you register, that's fine. When they ask you for it when you deposit a lot of money, fine. When they ask you after weeks of playing only because you've finally decided to withdraw - that's a red flag because it looks like they want to make it hard for you to leave.
When you provide documents and they don't want to verify you because they don't like that these documents aren't in English - that's a red flag because obviously when you live in Thailand the documents will be written in Thai, and so on.

I've had issues verifying my identity with my local national identity number with a casino once, it was a horrible experience cahse I wanted to withdraw my money from there and there had me go to the bank to change my account name to match my nin details before it could work, it was such a stress and I had lots of finds in there, I lost hope that thought my money was gone before a friend told how to go about it.

I haven't encountered a single problem in most reputable casinos I have played.The reason is simple and that is I have always done KYC up to level 2 at least,never used a VPN,never cheated and never use multi accounts.I pointed all these things here for the simple reason that I want to say as long as someone abide by the rules unexpected problems won't happen and in the rare case they do then I am 100% sure that is going to be solved in the fastest possible way exactly for this reason,you have abided by the rules.
some gamblers abide by all the rules and ToS as provided but still get lynched by these casino's all because they aren't reputable as they claimed which is why it's very necessary to make use of actual genuine casinos who have the interest of their customers and value their reputation too. The beauty of making use of reputable casinos that while you keep to the ToS as you gamble you're sure of no victimization of any kind just to deny you of your win. Moat often, these illegal allegations by dishonest casino's comes at a time when the gambler might have won some huge money and they want to deny him using those charges.

Well, I'd probably be pretty frustrated if this happened to me.  But I gotta be real with myself - if I wasn't following the casino's rules or something and basically brought this on myself, then yeah, I should own up to that and  no point fighting the casino if I was ignoring their policies in the first place. They make the rules there so even if I dont like it, not much I can do.  But now, if they wanna mess with me after I won fair and square? I'll rain down hell on that casino so they really feel it where it hurts.  I can't let them steal my money like that, and I'd definitely make that place regret crossing me that's for sure.

how would he fool you, there is no way to do that if you win fair and square! the casino is clearly a money machine that doesn't look in the face of anyone and it is clear that it profits from the people who play but if you commit a scam against them by counting the cards it is right that there is a punishment obviously also certain of their behaviors will not be legal but you can't do anything about it

In my opinion, withdrawal and KYC problems are the most frequently experienced by gamblers. I encountered a similar problem but I realized the mistake was done by myself.
It was related to using a different IP because I mistakenly accessed the casino by forgetting to turn off the VPN. We know that there are some casinos that prohibit the use of VPN.
The casino didn't accuse me of cheating. However, there are suspicions that my account activity requires KYC verification even though the withdrawals I made were not very large.
Luckily my funds can still be withdrawn and my account is also safe. even though it has to go through a very long procedure.

Depending on how big is the account is because if it was just a few dollars it's not worth the fight, I mean we can complain through their costumer service but if your account is a hundred dollars above then finding legal advisor to solve the problem would be a smart move we don't even need to pay because we can utilize what's available online as some of them offers free of charge. But just make sure the casino you are into is legit and compliant to local laws or else they'll be gone before you can file dispute.

But personally what I've experienced before is the withdrawal that took a lot of time to process I mean like 48 hours delay. And the other one the last time I played with casino as an agent is that they're gone after I think a month of playing and later I discovered they are not registered and then get banned.
