You are right and I support your opinion. There is no reason to place a bet on the team who is your favorite. To place bet we should not fall on any type of emotion hence we should avoid emotion and bet for those teams whose winning chance is higher and in this way we may make money. Good thinking. Do that and you will probably get a good profit out of the club that you are supporting. It's not like we are traitors by doing that, the support is still there as a fan of them but we cannot keep on losing money on betting for them forcefully just because we love them.
It's true, it's better if you know your own team and if we realize that they are going to lose against their opponent then we should just keep it real and bet for the other team.
Also, we can still watch their game and cheer for them but we have to be ready with the results because that's how we predicted it.
