Congratulations to Real Madrid, it's still weird to see Mbappe in Real Madrid since whenever I hear "Mbappe" my mind always think he's a PSG player.

Congratulations to Real Madrid and congratulations to Kylan Mbappe. For Real Madrid, this UEFA Super Cup trophy is not the first, although for Kylan Mbappe this is the first with Real Madrid.

Actually, I am also happy for Real Madrid, but more for MBAP because the first game that he played for Real Madrid was the game that he scored the second goal for their victory to win the trophy. It was a very amazing time for him, and he will fit in to enjoy playing for Real Madrid because he has already played for PSG, and now he is here to add more strength to Real Madrid to achieve any of the trophy they have the aim to get. Without doubt, they will be more than we have expected them to be and will make us happy this season. I have believe in Real Madrid.

A myriad of talented players are now at Real Madrid, and this is the most favored club to win the Champions League this season, yes it could be coming to its 16th time trophy.

Maybe it will be so, at least the beginning for him was really easy, the first official match and he won the UEFA Super Cup. Maybe in the new season he will be able to win the Champions League, but it is too early to talk about it, I looked at the odds and they look like this:

Arsenal - 9.85
Liverpool - 11.10
Bayern - 12.70
Barcelona - 13.10

It is surprising that Arsenal is higher than Bayern, Barcelona and even PSG. It is also not clear why City is considered the favorite, Real is the record holder in this tournament, although I probably agree with this, City really played better than Real. Probably in this rating I disagree only with the position of Bayern and would raise it higher.

With odds like that, it might be the right moment for us to place a bet early on, because I sure choosing Real Madrid won't be wrong at all. Indeed, based on these odds, at least Manchester City is the very favorite team,  but for me this is not quite accurate because after all, even though I am not a Real Madrid fan,but I can admit that Real Madrid has everything to win the Champions League trophy this season.

But regarding the other teams, at least I not completely critical of them because after all, they won't really be guaranteed to get to the final match. From yesterday's game I don't think their is anything to doubt about Mbappé  performance the boy did a great job yesterday aside the attempts he also scored next season Theit is going to be a lot of show, Mbappé came prepared  playing for Real Madrid he wants to build his name. With players like Vinicius Jnr, Rodrigo, Modric and Bellingham, his goal scoring ability will only improve because he’s a one time finisher when he gets the chance and don’t hold on to ball for long before making decision like Vinicius Jnr who will want to dribble most of the time before passing the ball or scoring.

 As a natural striker and attacker that Mbappe is, no doubt Real Madrid will be on the favoured side yet again this season because they’re just the best in the La Liga now, if not the whole of Europe. The champions league and La Liga could be theirs this season but we’ll have to wait to see how things unfold when the season fully begins.

Remember his leadership. His performance is crucial, especially in the Champions League. The Ballon d'Or came after he turned 30! Thats unprecedented. He's still skilled, driven, and coaching younger guys. Modric's legacy at Real Madrid isnt simply his medals, but his class and passion every game.

He has not only chance to play for a club he loves but also has opportunity to lift UEFA Super Cup which was impossible for him to lift with PSG and many years with that club. It's good official start for Mbappe in Real Madrid, a goal and a trophy and onward he will move with bigger targets in this season.

He could have stayed another 10 seasons with PSG and would still not lift that cup, which is one of the reasons why he left. Some people cannot differentiate the roles of some midfielders, they just know that they are all playing n the middle of the field. If not, who doesn't know Modric in his role of attacking midfield? He is not a defensive midfielder; he plays as a supporting striker and creates good chances for the strikers.

Big players like him do change game, they have good impact in football because they are well experienced, and knows how to read game and knows how to make changes which is the main reason Real Madrid is yet to let him go despite his age. Modric can only come to play few minutes of the match, he is old to play complete 90 minutes, but he can start especially in big games where experience is needed.

I think the team is balance but I am not confident about their defense. Although they have good defense as well compared to several teams in the Europe but the defense will concede good number of goals if care is not taken. If they have had the opportunity to sign Saliba from Arsenal, they would have paired him with Rudigar because Alaba is injury prone and cannot be relied on any more; furthermore, Rudigar is also old and cannot be relied on because he do make some errors which do cause a lot of goals even though he is a good fighter and can help his team win titles.

You are right and this point of yours, when put to consideration has got a whole lot of sense in it but then even at this point I don't see Madrid really suffering because their defense doesn't appear solid, they have got a form midfield a d from the build up in the midfield, some sense of defensiveness is seen coupled with their solid forwards, attackers and strikers who can maintain a good level of possession long enough before the ball gets into their danger zone, so for me I see it that Madrid just have nothing to really wori about in their defense and also they have got a tactics that's helping them cover up for all of that which looks like a problem.

Which ones are your favourites? 

Mine are Bodo/Glimt, Dinamo Zagreb, Midtjylland, Sparta Prague, Lille, Galatasaray and Salzburg.

In fact, I would really like to see Qarabag eliminating Dinamo Zagreb. I see them very impressive. You would remember their Europa League performance in the previous season.    They still look strong so an upset here might be possible maybe. I really hope that Galatasaray make it to league phase without problems. Young Boys look really weak recently.

It's hard to determined which teams will advance to the next round and about Salzburg i think they gets hard match because their opponent Dynamo Kyiv is very consistent during qualification stages even they had just beat Rangers which the favourite team for this stage and i am sure Dynamo Kyiv potentially can make Salzburg gets in trouble

And for Lille i think they have equal level to their opponent Slavia Prague but the recent performance of Slavia Prague is much better compared to Lille so this match will be very tight but Lille has very close to the League phase of Champion league and after absense for 2 years i think obviously they don't want to missed their chances to playing at this competition again and under Bruno Génésio i have seen Lille have good progress so although this is hard match for Lille but i think they can able to beat Slavia Prague and advances to the next round

Still all Speculations  to me  the season is till very young with few plays besides its just day 1 we are yet to see the beauty out  of it ... I don't know how you come into conclusion  that it's been so difficult for hansi Flick to develop the team,he's yet to have his official matches for Laliga and UCL so we can't say he has not been able to develop anything for now. Thus we the current squad from each team in laliga if we are to compare the we will always put Realmadrid at the top they have the ability to take it and lift it once again but like I said it's still all Speculations  the games will tell itself.
