When Slavia Prague and Lille were matched, I said that Slavia Prague would pass the round, but I was wrong when I said it did not happen.

If I were to choose a parlay bet, I would probably choose the same option as what you have chosen. Galatasaray isn't a team that only focus on the domestic trophy, but they also looking to win in International League. It's true that they almost impossible to win Champions League, but Galatasaray mostly able to enter the group stage, but now they're lose in the qualification.

Anyway it seems Dinamo Zagreb will qualify to the next round, scores 3 goals is hard even though they will play in their home.

Lille were nearly getting eliminated as well. Slavia Prague played way better than them. Despite winning the game by 2-1 it wasn't enough.    I wish they made it after watching that performance.

Yeah overall Slavia Prague played well with dominance at least 17 shots and 7 on target but unfortunately those efforts could not change the aggregate with a final score of 2-3 for Lille to advance to the next phase. Still with many top teams and don't forget the dark horse teams that will present a surprise in the champions league this season. Eight games in the league stage? That's a gauntlet, not a schedule. Slovan Bratislava are new, don't sleep on them. Everyone is hungry; this isn't a charity match. The big guys need really bring their A-game since nobody is riding easy. Squad depth under this structure is everything. Your starting XI is not going to carry you across. Madrid always has the power to win UCL. but I think City will be a strong contender. both teams have monsters for the front line. let's see how the situation is from the group stage. I really liked the new draw to tell the truth.    It is much more practical compared to the previous version. If they wanted to use the old draw for the new system, they were going to need more than 1000 balls to determine all the matches.

Buffon opens a ball from a pot and Ronaldo presses a button for the computer to determine the opponents of that team, that's it.    So far the unluckiest team looks like Club Brugge. Well arsenal no doubt are up to the standard of even winning the champions league but due to one or two things, I think there major focus should be on even the premier league because they first need to tackyqnd conquer their rival which is Manchester who on a bigger scale is even on the champions league. If arsenal actually wins the premier league then we will talk about their next step to take.

Sorry for not posting an image but it would be just too much. Because there isn't any group stage anymore and there are too many matches.  

We are talking about (36 teams x 8 matches per team) / 2 = 144 matches in total. Let's see how things go in this new format. It isn't like reinventing the wheel of course there are many similarities.

The only difference is that there is a league-like phase instead of groups. After this stage everything is the same. I'm curious whether we will see an underdog doing unexpected things this season.
