I don't Understood why Putin went against ?
He put his life and country now in danger now the usa give permission ukraine to attack russia.
If Putin would Made all his money and live nice life and no sanctions good relationship with Europe everybody happy about russian gas and oil now Putin choosed instead of happy and wealthy life more hard way don't the Putin don't want Same things just like every country leaders?
The easy life a lot money luxury yachts and good wine and dine? He had all the possibilities to solve peacfully to say we russians Made mistake and apoligize and USA will forget about it and for give Him now USA is the biggest gangster on the Block USA cant show weakness he must deal with becouse Putin did not obey master USA orders.
How can you go against someone who got more money more power even the media is on the side.
Smart move Will be for Putin just admit mistake first thing is If anyone want to attack anyone need ask first from USA because world belong to USA 100% and no any point to go against USA.
Boris yeltsin was smart leader he always worked together with west for russian benefits Putin can learn from yeltsin how to be peacful in yeltsin times everybody knows that russia is peacful and never attack anyone.
But another question are why Putin choosed the difficult way ? Perhaps because he is intoxicated with power and his dictatorial aspirations do not meet any limits?
See, there is a good reason why there are countries in this world which strongly support both democracy and separation of powers (a system or check and balances), because from the past experiences humanity has had with kinds and emperors, we have learnt those who rule for too long or during and indefinite period of time, get used to power and develop some kind of addiction and dependence for power. They start to cross lines and push the boundaries of their authority in order for them to continue to satisfy their political and personal sadism.
The start by changing laws and going away with it,.then they prosecute some political party and go away with it, and so on until they literally have to start wars and seek to expand the territory they control as a nation, for the sake lf their own legacy and mentality.
People like Putin are supposed to only stay one term as a maximum, otherwise, they stick themselves to power, as he did at the Kremlin.

Op conclusive sentence if seeking permission from USA seem laughable just as you also pointed out, actually Putin never expected it this way, as it turn at to be a wrong move but to obtained permit from US is like to belittle them as a powerful nation. The problem of Putin is that he failed to listen to advise if truly it's cabinet gave him the right one, he would have fall back after see the great resistance by Ukraine so as to maintain it position with people that has so much trust on their resources and product's not until the cut off their engagement which will reduce the economy, look at the nature of the war it's not possible for Putin to achieve it's objective of going into that war soon and the resources spent in fighting and the reduction in marketing and production if his nation including the ceased asset by some western union will keep bringing down their economy despite the media not making some if this public but it's certainly happening.

Russia had agreement from the US that Nato would not expand. These agreements were made in 1991 with the dissolution of the USSR. The US lied. So, Russia is only protecting herself from US lies.

Benefits to Russia have to do with US sanctions which are causing closer Russian ties with China and many other countries.  Russia is growing in Africa, while he US and Nato are being driven out of Africa.

The world elite don't do anything that is against themselves... not knowingly, anyway. They see the success Russia is having against the US and the US banking system. They are gradually uniting with Russia against the US.

Let's not be so judgemental on this course because even the USA could be possible of being biased when two countries just as the Ukraine and Russian war could be. This could be political masterminding crisis which we can only judge by what you hear in the media but can't be really sure of the reality based on speculations.
USA is an influential country so also is Russia so.
So the USA should be diplomatic enough to hand such cases as world leader intellectually and not suppressing the other due to sentiments.
With the potentials of Russia, they can't just bow to the USA and surely Putin would always want to stay at top protecting his country but doesn't mean they can't take orders to normalize peace in the regions. And being a good leader isn't about imitating others but being extra minded creative in reasoning to make a better difference so I don't think see any amiable country Putin would had learn from other than just doing the right thing. Although I'm not saying he's in the right direction but the world is just being corrupted with selfish interests.

As usual, you have it completely backward. The only mistake Putin made was not realizing how determined the US was to destroy Ukraine just to get at Russia. Ukraine had been attacking Russia before 2014, but certainly since. With all the Ukraine dead, maybe they like the US and Zelensky a little, now? Lol.

Agreed. But Putin is really the only thing keeping world peace. He won't live forever. And Medvedev is angrier than hornet. If Putin is gone before he establishes world peace, Medvedev will establish world war.

Nobody lives forever. Putin will be judged a peace maker. Simply look at all the war that the US is making against Russia. The only reason Ukraine has been destroyed is that the US has pushed the current Ukraine regime into existence against the will of the Ukraine people. You are missing a lot.

If Medvedev were leading Russia, we would be in world war long ago.
