Add your testnet address again, with what you intend using it for... hopefully it make some sense and you get some testne,
 if you did get what you are looking for you can lock the thread there's alot of thread making such request for testnet coins already so there's no need to live yours open once it's achieved

There are a few testnet faucets that I currently use check a few of them below

Testnet is onchain but if you want to develop something fast and can do it offline why not go for Regtest and mine a block right away? There is an old guide on how to do it and how to mine it below

Hey there. It's true that you can't find testnet bitcoin these days. The spam only makes it worse. Low value testnet transactions are impractical, change vanishes into oblivion, if there is any.
