So it would be nice to know that you’re indeed not going to use any dubious means to cheat, it would be better to use an online random selector so that everyone can verify the results to see that the winners were selected fairly.

It is something I have seen before, I actually have joined those useful telegram channels, which offer economical information and exchange rates of the currency of my country, and from time to time they post mose advertisement which is completely unrelated to economics and the country itself. I was once scrolling down that same channel on Telegram to get up to date to the exchange rate of our currency and I encountered advertisement of shoes, some weeks later I did the same and they were advertising an Only fans Model.

It is not an illegal thing trying to grow a channel and then monetize it, as long as OP is transparent with the chances of winning the litecoins and there is a way to verify there is no fool play with the awarding of the money/assignation of the Litecoin, then it would be ok.

Your information is too poor and your topic and the content are two different concepts until you give an indepth explanation before people will understand what you mean and for like this it is too shallow. And another thing again telegram is not a friendly place to like and win. The subscription, is it free or paid? And one thing you have to k ow that gambling doesn't guarantee anyone win so if the person didn't win and that means the subscription fee is wasted. You are absolutely correct. OP escrowing the funds for the contest can assure the participants that their quest for victory would not be in vain as the funds are already escrowed to a reputable member who would oversee the distribution of the rewards as per the results of the contest.

OP should try as much as possible be transparent in the contest because it is known that in contest of this nature, their are always tendencies of cheating by the host. So to avoid that, a reputable member(s) should be inaugurated to oversee the contest and come up with the result for the rewards if that would be possible to do.  I think with this, there would be some level of confidence by the contestants involved in the game.

I was about to say that we will still notice it if the winners are repeating but then I realized that it's also possible to change our usernames in Telegram right? And they'll possibly do it to remove our suspicion. They still can't guarantee that people will stay especially if they think that they can't benefit there, unless if they offer interesting stuffs that can make people to keep on coming back at them, like a free sports betting tip or something.

From what the Op has explained after my post I think we should let him run it the way he wishes to - since his goal is not to focus on just Bitcointalk users then it won’t be fair for this community to be the one to decide how the game is being run. Also, there’s a possibility of it being canceled due to low number of participants - the first time I went to the channel the Op is trying to gain subscribers to I saw just 7 members and now it’s 9 meaning since the creation of this thread only two people have subscribe to the channel - unless he finds a way to boost the channel I don’t see any reason to him continuing the game since he didn’t achieve his goal.
