I sent btc funds to bridge.
Everything was successfully confirmed two days ago. But I didn’t receive a token in avalanche network Btc.b

I emailed them and they responded

Hi there,

The Bridge’s security model has flagged your transaction. While this process is underway, you can read the Bridge FAQ and Terms of Use to learn more about these screening measures.

Thanks,
Avalanche team

Never use avalange bridge, Ava Labs may confiscate your funds at any time.

Bridge presents itself as decentralized although in fact it is not.

Be careful, Ava Labs has deleted all my posts.

My avalanche wallet
Avalanche Address: <Hidden>
BTC Hash Transaction: <Hidden>
BTC address: <Hidden> BTC was sent: <Hidden> BTC

Another case:

I was supposed to receive btc.b but didn't receive them.

Could someone please help me spread this information. Of course, if I owned it, I would never use the avalanche bridge

I have a question for you - did you do every step correctly when making a transaction and did not violate the three warnings below?
There is a need to comply with the terms and conditions of use before doing so - of course this can make your transactions more comfortable. Some of them are mentioned below:

Source from: Avalanche Bridge™ FAQ

Quote
  • USERS MUST NOT SEND FUNDS DIRECTLY TO ANY OF THE AVALANCHE BRIDGE CONTRACT ADDRESSES. The Avalanche Bridge should only be accessed through the Avalanche Bridge UI, located here. Any funds sent directly to the Avalanche Bridge contract addresses will be permanently lost, and are not recoverable.
  • USERS MUST NOT SEND FUNDS DIRECTLY TO ANY OF THE AVALANCHE BRIDGE WALLET ADDRESSES. The Avalanche Bridge should only be accessed through the Avalanche Bridge UI, located here. Any funds sent directly to the Avalanche Bridge wallet addresses will be permanently lost and not recoverable.
  • DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE ANY SMART-CONTRACT WALLET WITH THE AVALANCHE BRIDGE. The Avalanche Bridge is currently not compatible with smart contract wallets because smart contracts are currently not supported by the Avalanche Bridge. Using the Avalanche Bridge with a smart contract wallet or smart contract will result in the permanent loss of funds. Users should not use smart contracts with the Avalanche Bridge at this time because no one can retrieve tokens lost when smart contract wallets try to use the Avalanche Bridge. This is not a statement against smart contract wallets or the below list of smart contract wallet projects, which is not an exhaustive list. This is to make users aware of the current technical architecture. WE CAN NOT RETRIEVE YOUR TOKENS.
    1. Ambire
    2. Argent
    3. Gnosis Safe

If you violate the 3 warning or condition above – then you will definitely lose your bitcoin. But if you do every step correctly - I think you need to get support to solve the problem. But first - is this your first transaction on Avalanche Bridge?

No, I have already made 4 deal with them. I used core Crypto Wallet (their plugin in chrome). I posted their response above. They answered that we froze your funds.

Their response via inbox:
The Bridge’s security model has flagged your transaction. While this process is underway, you can read the Bridge FAQ and Terms of Use to learn more about these screening measures.

That is, they clearly answer that we have frozen your transaction.

Although, https://support.avax.network/en/articles/6449794-how-is-the-avalanche-bridge-secured

Clearly refutes that they can restrict transactions.

Moderator, I can give you access to my mailbox if there is any doubt that they wrote something like that.

I am very surprised that I am the first person on the Internet to write about this.
