They are very careful about their privacy and won't sell their KYC. However, even if you find someone, it's not safe for you in case this is something financially related. Yes - there is a lot of concern about illegal activities being attempted. The OP didn't mention anything specifically regarding the type of service or how much money he wants to withdraw and how much he wants to pay anyone who helps. If I were a European user - I would decline this offer for the sake of privacy and security.
