Here's my review:

1st - Late telegram deposit notification - it was late for more than 24 hours, but my deposit already reflected in my account so I was able to play immediately.


2nd - Welcome offer about 25 VIP Spins first $50 deposit.
I must not see this banner anymore because I already received it when I deposited at first after I created my account, this could lead for some confusion and some customer will think it's still active and they will try and may become pissed or complaint about it.


3rd - Currency preference.
It's much better to be able to change the current preference. Because I experienced that when I was playing already, most of the game showed EURO currency, I needed USD or my local currency.


4th- Provider selection.

First impression


The first page contains a briefing about the casino, which is actually nice as it uncovers the mystery of expected outcome to a new bettor registering for the first time. I deposited on Playgram from my cex(Binance) account and choosing Ltc because it has the lowest tx fee. Anyway, No issue with the deposit, I withdraw ltc at 20:43(UTC) getting the blockchain confirmation at 20:49(UTC) and after waiting few minutes I saw in the telegram that from Playgram bot they also notified me that receiving the deposit. Also I found that they add transaction history to profile before block chain confirmation. However, you cannot use that amount to play games until confirmation. So I am satisfied with the depositing.

Playgram is a pretty cool casino with a very nice UI and color combination that appeal to the eyes. The signup process is effortless and self explanatory even to those who are not conversant with both Telegram and casinos. Being the first Telegram casino I have used, I must admit that my experience with Playgram was great as I was able to complete the entire process easily.

I deposited through USDT TRC20 and the deposit was credited to my account as soon as it was released from the source without any issues and immediately I was notified through the telegram bot that I have made a deposit.

Game play
The casino have many games to chose from but my favorite and Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Monopoly and Lightning Roulette.

• I won a round in the first set of games I played but it was not showing on the summary page.

Conclusion

It's telegram I have no issue accessing the support, its easy to have a chat with them in case you encounter some kind of error, Also they are also active even at unusual hours in my country.
I've ask a lot of question and it was answered perfectly, and good thing is it wasn't just some kind of bot on the support, your going to chat straight to the support.



I have no complaints on the Platform UI All of the tabs are simple and straightforward forward your never going to have a problem or somehow getting confuse playing unlike some other casino out there,

Confuse as well having this kind of issue, I double check everything and got this error message, I just need to restart a few times in order to have access again on Gate of Olympus but still this is a error that you don't want to get especially on a platform like this. My first impression of this casino is great. Activating an account at the casino using only a telegram account is very simple and I am quite satisfied with how it works. Everything looks like a mobile application, and the design is quite user-friendly, with straightforward navigation, so there are no major problems in seeing the complete functionality.

What I saw as a potential problem is that the deposit address is not fully visible. Although there is a "copy" option, I'm still not sure if I copied the address correctly, and I can only check the first part of the address, not the complete one. if I start the app from a mobile device, I can't scan the QR code, so copy/paste is the option.


Deposit?!
I sent a deposit, of $10 in Ethereum. The transaction was confirmed by the network, but for an hour now, the deposit has not appeared in my Playgram account.
How long does it take to process the deposit?
Or I did do something wrong.

Update:
I contacted support regarding the problem with the deposit. After a few minutes I received a direct communication, however, the matter had to go to a higher department, so I had to wait a while. After some time, funds appeared in my account.
I did not receive any explanation from support, nor a notification that the deposit was successfully completed. I assume that everything is done manually. I don't know what the cause was, but I wouldn't speculate, certainly if there is a problem the team knows about it now, so I believe they will correct it so that things don't become more complicated when the platform has more users/deposits.

I have tested several games and here I am also positively surprised that everything works quite well (although my current internet connection is quite weak).
I still couldn't start one game "Millionaire" (On both, desktop and mobile)


It is interesting that although the funds I have in the casino and the deposit itself are in cryptocurrency, all bets and in all games, the amounts are expressed in EUR. I would rather see this completely in crypto because it is a crypto-related casino after all.
