Well, that's a part of responsible gambling, to control ourselves. But I think OP has a different approach and it's about the withdrawal whenever we win.
The number one problem for gamblers is that we cannot stop whether we win or lose. We lose we chase our losses, we win, and then we get greedy and try to gain more by gambling more.

There are some losses that, I do seek compensation from friends for, I just want to talk it off my head and when I do make some huge wins, I tell the tail as well.
