How trusted a casino is has nothing to do with those policies, however as time passes it is less likely to find casinos that can actually fulfill their promise of not asking that information out of their customers, as in many cases those casinos are lying and they will require that you identify yourself if you get a big win, or they will prefer to change their policies and comply with the government if enough pressure comes their way, so if I am forced to pick a side I will pick KYC casinos over the their non-KYC equivalents, as at least they are being open about their policies.

For me, I don't think choosing a casino between one that requires kyc and one that doesn't really matter that much, but what really matters to me is the over all reputation of the casino, be it a kyc complaint casino or one that is not kyc complaint.

As much as possible, i would really be that preferring into those non KYC platforms or casinos on which we do have still a lot nowadays but still not compromising about its reputation and popularity.
We do know that people do really look for something which is licensed and which is really that popular on which it would really be just that a common approach to have because it would really be just that common sense

It's not all casino that request for KYC are actually licensed to operate in some regions, sometimes they are just doing a preventive measures to see people who abuse privileges such as the bonuses events and also know people who cheat their ways in their Casino. Don't ever gamble on a site you are doubting because you will spend money there and the risk of losing is high because of the probability that the site will turn into a scam site. If you want a peace of mind, just choose the best site and even if there is KYC it's worth to gamble.
