In verification process, i see a long list of required steps to be completed. For identity verification, it's required a photo of your passport or other government-issued ID cards/driver's license (front and back in color). However full verification is required upon first withdrawal request. In all required steps, i don't see any specification for those willing to proceed deposits and withdrawals in crypto only. Does this mean that crypto users will only have to provide a photo of their passports or other government-issued ID cards/driver's license?

For the welcome bonus, 40x seems to be a standard wagering requirement which is used by most online casinos but of course if they can offer lower requirement then it will be a good start to attract new players.
Surprisingly the bonuses on the VIP program also come with wagering requirement such cashback with 3x wager and free spins with 40x wagering rquirement.
With that high wagering requirement especially for the level up bonus is not attractive for players (at least for me).
Just for example, to reach the level "Tomb Keeper", players need to have total deposit amount at least 10k EURO while the bonuses are cashback 12% with 3x wager and 300FS ($0.2 per spin) with 40x wager requirement.
I have no idea what kind of players who will be interested for this VIP program, so I think they need to do researches on other popular casino to see what kind of bonuses is good for VIP program.

If you were 30 years old, you were going to open an account at your country's bank, you read the bank's TOS and the TOS said the following: "people at least 29 years old are allowed to open an account, the bank reserves the right to change the TOS without prior notice " and you were 30 years old and deposited 1 million dollars, and days later you went to the bank to withdraw the money, but they informed you that your bank account was blocked because the bank changed the TOS and passed only accept people over 35 years of age to open an account. Would you be happy with the bank's decision?

For those cases I think they don't have the right to confiscate the funds of the user since at first they allow those people in particular country to gamble but when certain changes happen specially on the implemented regulated or restriction those people has not been allowed the they should give some time for the user to withdraw there funds. If they locked it then for sure people will just think about that potential scamming might happen in future.

This is indeed scary and since people could able to read this then provably lots of people will avoid their casino since they don't want to encounter a problem when there's sudden changes on their landscape.

This is not how business is done. Being able to change the rules anytime without forewarning literally means a player can play and win a bet after which the casino changes the rules to void the bet for any reason they come up with; That's unprofessional and no condition for fair gambling.
