I Downloaded Electrum [Standard] Version, What Am I Missing?

The standard version have all the features you need. I would imagine that you cannot speed up your transaction, because you didn't have RBF enabled in your Preferences before sending the transaction? (I can't remember if this is checked by default, or not).

See the menu -> Tools -> Preferences -> Replace-by-fee and then try to make another transaction, right click it... and see the options that show.

You made a transaction and it is stuck and you downloaded Electrum and import the seed phrase of the wallet that you make the transaction from which is now stuck? If that is it, the transaction is not supporting replace-by-fee fee is the reason you are not able to bump the fee.

But if it is that you make the transaction on Electrum, right click on the unconfirmed transaction, you will see bump fee.

And hope you downloaded Electrum from the official site https://electrum.org

Replaced-by-fee is by default on Electrum. Electrum do not support transactions that does not have opt-in replaced-by-fee any longer. Even before that all transactions must be RBF on Electum, the feature was by default at the time but you can disable it from preference.

2. Wallet with two-factor authentication
3. Multi-signature wallet
4. Import bitcoin addresses or private keys

I think you made a typo and you downloaded electrum from electrum.org. There is no website hosted at Electru(dot)org.

Since you bolded the second option, are you saying you have a 2FA wallet?

Anyway, it doesn't matter you have a 2FA wallet or a standard wallet and you should be able to increase the fee of the transactions that are flagged as RBF and have been made by yourself.
Again, if the transaction has been made by electrum, it's RBF-enabled.

To increase the fee you right click on the transaction on the history tab and choose "increase fee" from the menu that appears.

Forget the wallet type, all of those support Opt-in RBF and your transactions are automatically flagged to be replaceable.

If you're looking for the settings, there are small "tool" icon [] in every nook and cranny of Electrum.
Each containing options related to where it's located.
For example, in the upper-right corner of "Send" tab, there's the setting icon containing the 'send-to-many' and other invoice related options;
After you click "Pay...", in the "New Transaction" window, there's a setting icon containing transaction-related options.
You wont find RBF anywhere though but it's enabled by default.

If in doubt and to make sure that you're actually using Electrum, just verify its signature.

Fake or official, it depends on where you download Electrum wallet software for installation. Fake wallets have similar UI like official wallets that help them to scam.

How about a little more certainty and precision instead? You're missing sort of a lot of those.

So far you haven't confirmed that you actually downloaded your Electrum from electrum.org, which should be the only place to download it from. Do not rely on gOOgle search hits, unless you verify very carefully to click on only the one that leads you to electrum.org. We may assume your "Electru.org" is a typo, but assumptions are no certainty. And why do we need to assume something anyway?

Next crucial step before executing the downloaded file is to actually verify that your download is genuine. The steps are described on the Electrum website and there's an extensive thread in this forum, too. I'll leave it deliberately as an exercise to search for this thread in this section here.

How about you replace those "I believe" to more accurate statements, both for you and for those here who are willing to help.

From which website exactly did you download your Electrum?

Did you verify that it's genuine?

Did you install the curren version which is 4.5.5?

You likely created a standard wallet (there's no advanced wallet). This should be a native segwit wallet with addresses of prefix bc1q...

You can speed up a pending transaction by raising the transaction fee. A right click on the pending transaction on the history tab should show you an appropriate option. Check currently required transaction fee levels at https://mempool.space.

What other "advanced" options do you have in mind. Be more specific!

I checked the ~u.org website, and it's currently offline. It doesn't look like a phishing site on Archive.org from 2019.
