Welcome to the forum Sapfirex! I was trying to access your website and see how it works, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to access it. I am getting an error which I posted below. I did not try a VPN, though. Since I wasn't able to access your website, I cannot comment on your service yet. It seems you have created your announcement thread on the wrong board. The correct board for such a service is the EXCHANGE board. To move this thread to the correct board, Scroll down to this thread, and you will find the Move thread option. Click on it Select Economy - Exchange board, and move it. If you want to have exposure of your business, consider running some promotional campaign and have a copper membership.

Hi there again! You're welcome. Yes, I was able to access the platform now, but it seems the platform is Russian, and it loads the Russian interface by default. No problem with that. But even when I changed the language from Russian to English, most texts remained in Russian. You can check the screenshot below to see what I am talking about. I have not checked the other part of the website yet. Don't you think that a minimum exchange of 0.1 is too high? According to the market, 0.1 BTC is over 6500 US dollars today which is not a small amount.

@Sapfirex_ex This is the first time I've seen a so-called reliable exchange with only round numbers as its reserves [archived] and considering that your platform is still quite new, would you mind providing proof of reserve for those claims? - Normally, a Bitcoin-signed message is the priority but in this case, just pick anything that you're more comfortable with!

I browsed your site and found some points about the exchange's AML/KYC policy such as: The financial Service reserves the right to suspend transactions in cases where the AML verification of the transaction sent by the client shows a significant risk. Transaction indicators should not exceed 65% of the risk, and the critical content of individual zones has the following indicators: Dark Service and Dark Market - 25%; Mixer and Gambling - 25%; Exchange Fraudulent, Scam, Illegal Service, Stolen and Ransom - 2.5%. Sanctions - 0.1%. Also in case of suspicious actions and user activity.
I see that mixers and gambling are rated as having 25% money laundering laws, does this mean that transactions with gambling or mixer addresses will be blocked or seized? also The User reserves the right to refuse verification. If the blocking was on the part of the exchange service, where the acceptance was carried out to online or offline wallets (not related to the exchange), then in this case, after 10 (ten days), a refund will be made minus 10% - 30% of the amount received, as well as other network commissions. The amount of the retention interest is determined by the damage that the user has caused to the exchange service.
This means that if a user makes a transaction with you and then you request KYC verification and the user refuses to verify then you will deduct “10% - 30% of the amount received in addition to other network commissions”!!! I understand that network commissions are deducted, but why is 10% - 30% deducted? Don't you think it's a high percentage?

please change the default language to be English. And 101 Bitcoin reserves is not a small amount. you need to make some POR I understand that network commissions are deducted, but why is 10% - 30% deducted? Don't you think it's a high percentage?
The problem is that they do not have a tool to measure the AML score before depositing, and therefore this percentage may be very high if the amount is large. 5% is ideal because the money back process needs to be reviewed by the support team.

Here we are again! Although it certainly caught my attention, it doesn't really bother me that there's a Russian exchange suddenly sprouting from nowhere every now and then. What bothers me is how these exchanges are probably developed by a single team and that they may not be legal entities in the sense that they aren't actually licensed. In which case, they're unsafe to use. I hope I'm wrong, but even to an untrained eye, the similarities don't appear simply as coincidental. It seems like one doesn't have to wear a tin foil hat to believe that all these exchanges are operated by the same persons. It's not necessarily bad, but one has to be transparent about it. Otherwise, one assumes that all are clandestine and illicit operations.

Thank you so much for drawing attention to the flaws in our site. We will listen to every comment and promptly correct them. At the moment we are: 1. Improved the translation on our website. 2. Changed the Aml rules and retention to 5% 3. We are working on correcting reserves. I noticed that maybe we should have been talking about the topic in the Russian part of the forum? By the way, special thanks to the other participants for their comments on our service, it will really help us become more experienced.

Our service is exclusively sapfirex.com Well, sharing the same software doesn't automatically mean sharing the same design. It seems UI is an integral part of the branding of an exchange. Especially amidst close competition, there seems to be the imperative to be identified individually and uniquely. I don't understand how you claim to be exclusive when you are too similar with Jarvis Exchange and Tasty Changer. When one takes a look at the three of you, it seems you're triplets. Take a look when Sapfirex is loading: And then take a look when the other two are loading: When one makes an exchange on Sapfirex, it looks like this: And when one makes an exchange on the other two: When one wants to know how to become a partner with Sapfirex, the tab looks like this: And when one checks how to become a partner with the other two: The similarities go on. How can an exclusive platform end up almost exactly like other exchanges? Mystery, coincidence, or Sapfirex, Jarvis Exchange, and Tasty Changer are developed by the same high school student?

There are hundreds of exchange sites on such software, it has proven to be as reliable as possible. Therefore, everyone has the right to use it.

There are hundreds of exchange sites on such software, it has proven to be as reliable as possible. Therefore, everyone has the right to use it. There are indeed hundreds of crypto exchanges, but there are no twins or triplets. I can probably say that no independent and legitimate crypto exchange has the same interface with another independent and legitimate crypto exchange. Well, perhaps Sapfirex, Jarvis Exchange, and Tasty Changer are the exemptions. Anyway, I admire your insistence. I hope this will make Sapfirex reach great heights of success. I wish you luck.

The site is now up Sapfirex.com Status checking this exchange is it has a landing page that says This is the first exchange I stumble that has their own working hours all I know is online exchanges are operating 24 hours they employ staffs or they employ cron jobs for exchanging task, since the site is close I cannot access all its features. But having this they may end up losing the competition because some exchanges are operating 24/7.

This is the first time I have seen something like this with an online service. Obviously, they process all transactions manually, that's ok because it seems safer and there are some people behind everything. However, from a business point of view, it is disastrous, especially if you want to do business globally.
