It's a valid question and recommendation. The team want to have their brand appearance here and to keep up their brand exposure with community members, they must have a brand representative here, to reply to community questions.

Having the announcement thread is good but it is only a first step. The publisher can not answer questions from community members for a business he does not know all things. Even he knows, answers must come from the business team members, a representative. If the company does not assign a member to do this task, forward questions and answers back and forth from the publisher to the team, will cause misinformation. It's not good and can affect the company reputation.

Welcome PariPesa to the forum but as said they need to consider and assign one of their team members as an official representative here.

It seems to me that it is not the intention of the owners of this casino to keep interacting here on the forum, they are probably avoiding this forum due to someone being able to discover something shady about this casino, I could be wrong in my observation, but something tells me that we need to be very careful with this casino. Both 1xbet and paripesa are using the same software for their site including 1xbit.com and that software is BetB2B - in a post shared by a user (which I’ll quote below) it can be seen that BetB2B is owned by 1xbet.com and any gambling site that uses that same software to me is as shady as 1xbet.com/1xbit.com.

When I first made my post I had forgotten that paripesa was among the list of casinos that used BetB2B, it was after I read your post that I remembered.

I agree with you most especially when the cash back is not equal to your total spending, because casinos are business ventures and there is no way a player can make more than the house that way it is impossible to even think that the cash back can be something that is with the while, but then there is always the chances that you win some of the games and not lose all, and if the cash back is based on total spending which means both winning and loses, it make some sense.



But if in any way, that the cash back is only accumulated by your loses and not include winning also it means alot of turn off then.

As other members stated, the casino seems similar to 1xBet in looks and design and that's going be a red flag for some members because the 1xBet hasn't been a good casino as it's somehow sister site of 1xBit which's a well known scam casino which all members of this forum avoid at any cost.

Aside from all those things if still the casinos proves to be a genuine one then we welcome it on this forum. they are probably just talking about registered accounts. anyway, it is possible to have 2 million registered accounts but I doubt all of them are active, I am even assuming that not even 10% of them are actively using or betting on the website.

If we read from the bottom of the post from the OP then their users are 400,000 and maybe that is the number of active users because every user who registers will not necessarily be active because maybe they only tried a few times and then left this bookie, if 400,000 is the active number then that is 20% of registered users, and that's a pretty big number in my opinion although for the bigger bookmakers of course they have much bigger users, and when checking at guru casino, this bookmakers has been around since 2019 so having quite a lot of users is not difficult.
It seems that this bookmaker does not yet have a direct payment option with Bitcoin because if I look at the Op, the existing cryptocurrencies in the options are BCH, Doge and ETH.

You are right, Op is definitely only related to business with the services he offers with the casino. but of course, because the casino wants to do business on the forum, they have to have their representatives on the forum. especially with indications and allegations that their casino is very similar to the casino marked as a scam on the forum. creating their casino ANN is not a problem, but when there is no discussion and communication from the casino representatives with the members here.

I believe the 400000 users mentioned by the team should be based on their total visitors and player's for all the time and not mean active users currently using the casino, that figure is a bit to large for a casino that have some unclear issues surrounding their reputations.

400k users is a huge number but I think it is a claim only unless they can prove it. They have been operating since 2019 which mean they are 5 years old site, I dont even think older and more popular bookmarker do the same think. Talk about trustpilot, I dont take it as a reliable source because there are too many fake/paid reviews but I checked on casinoguru and their rating is also not good (4.9/10). Most complaints at casinoguru are solved though, so lets see how will they promote their service in this forum.
