Here's the recent issue I had regarding withdrawing my winnings. I entered the withdrawal address for that matches the TRON network. After showing withdrawal processing, the transaction will fail and the funds will be returned to my account. I tried it twice. On the third trial before I decided I was going to reach out to support, I used a different wallet address but that still matches the TRON network from another exchange and my winnings was deposited in my account less than 30 minutes. I still didn't know why this happened.

I haven't had any serious problems in years. I only play in BTCGosu-approved casinos and in casinos with their own ANN thread here on the forum...
Generally, I don't have any complaints, I don't like certain rules and limitations about withdrawals, maximum ones, and maximum for free spins. I wouldn't say I like it when KYC is mandatory... but all that is not a big deal, if we don't like some rules we don't need to register and play in that casino.

Problems are solved by writing to support first. If that doesn't help it's good to try in casino ANN thread. If none of that helps, or if it's something serious the next logical step is opening a scam accusation topic with all the evidence we have.

I don't have any problem regarding online gambling because I knows how to use gambling. I only have a problem with my lose but I can handle it with good. I solve the problem by limiting my funds that I use to playing gambling so I don't have to lose much money while gambling.

If you uses gambling for fun, you will not use much money instead trying to limits your money. You will knows that if you can not hold yourself, you will have a problem and that can be bigger. You will feels better when you can take a break so you can control your minds better.

I don't search for new casinos from out there because I can finds it in this forum so that will not gives me a problem. Besides that, we have BTCGosu and GamblingBro that can be a guidance for those who wants to search for the right casino for them.

One typical problem with online gambling is addiction and over gambling.
I understand that with a dedicated mindset and well layed principles, one would stay on track with gambling but you would agree with me that, since the introduction of online gambling, the rate of gambling has drastically increased and we’ve gotten a lot of people even underaged visiting the casino than expected.

Another problem with online gambling is that, it’s always consumes a lot of time and money and now let me explain, when one gambles online from the comfort of their space, with easy means of funding and withdrawal, one tends to even spends or gamble more than expected and even spend more time on the casino site than even expected and all of this things still drives down to addiction because the major disadvantage of online gambling is addiction.

Some of the common problems with casinos these days are mostly availability of their support services. Most times when I have issues with withdrawal I try seeking help from getting support team but they usually take longer than expected to reply my request. Though they later turn up at the very end but it's not what I expected from them. A good casino should always have a work team on ground to help their customers at all time giving them a upper hand to other casinos our their. I've also seen some Gamblers complain about not being able to access their withdrawal after requesting for a big withdrawal due to kyc stuffs and other regulations. I prefer casino that alarms their users to complete all verifications before depositing and using their service other than making the whole process hard for users when they finally want to make a withdrawal.

No problem whatsoever for me in the casinos that I have played, withdrawal as smooth, although I will say that in the last couple of months or even last year we have problems when the mempool was congested and the fees to withdraw as so high, nevertheless it was not a problem with the casinos itself.

Not to burst the bubble for those who are having problems, maybe they don't read the ToS, or maybe they have to many accounts on one casino that they might be flagged down by it multi-account that will cause them to have problems with withdrawals specially if they win big.

Main issue though is that majority of us are really into gambling and we might not see ourselves are addicts or turning to be one because it's really hard to control it.

I've always hard issues with online gambling mostly because it requires me to easily find my wallet without stress or any serious effort which has led me to playing above me limit in so many instance . It's a good one that we can comfortably place our bets from our mobile device and use our funds without going physically to shops to make payment and the luxury of gambling at anytime of the day be it morning ior night is certainly good but my issue is that in the days you Aren't all that engaged with activities, you tend to become somehow addicted and careless with how much you're using to gamble per day.

2) How would you solve this problems?

it's not a problem that should be solved by me. I think if it would be possible, the gambling sites should allow user to set a limit they wouldn't go above in a day so the possibility of going too extreme can be easily curbed.

It's been a while since i've had a problem with gambling sites, but one thing that's bugging me is how they change their minimum withdrawal.

Depending on the casino, i'd have a few solutions, if they automatically convert my balance to USD, I could easily switch to altcoins and pick the one with the lowest minimum. If my only choice is to withdraw in the same coin i've deposited, then I have to top up my balance and clear the deposit rollover or take the risk by playing more.

Not experiencing any problems with online casinos, in terms of withdrawals, any games, or any other sports betting we go through normally at the casino.
So far it is still safe we are comfortable with the casino now that always do sports betting there.

If you have a problem then you will directly ask support, usually it will help you in any problem.

It is not going to help with the people who spent more time on gambling, let's say a casino allows only player can access site for 2 hours a day and if someone wants to engage 24/7 they simply can pick 12 casinos and repeat so it's something that has to be dealt from the other side which is user's where they need to give awareness about gambling addiction and if they run some programs to create awareness then it's pretty much appreciable.

There has been no recent issue aside from a delay in withdrawal. For example,  today I requested a withdrawal of a few dollars from a casino, and the funds have still not arrived as of the time that I'm making this comment, and it's been over 3 hours now if my record is correct. 
 
This is the same casino. I used it sometimes last week, and my withdrawal was successfully delivered to my wallet within a matter of minutes. I think some casinos have different withdrawal times based on the network the person is withdrawing to, and if that's true, they should state that clearly to other customers so they can make their choice based on the waiting time provided.

I don't think I've experienced any problem with the gambling platform i use, but if am to dive back on the past, i could pin point on several occasions whereby i developed serious problems concerning making withdrawals and the casino customers support contact, which have been a serious issues when you needed them most.

Not every problems can be solved from the gamblers end, sometimes, it only take the effort of the platforms to make resolution on how they handles the affairs of the gamblers.

well, I am also another user that has not get any particular problem with a casino. maybe some small issue like a couple of bugs but nothing critical.
the best way to handle is to reach live support. Of course here there is a trick: always gamble in reputable place to avoid scam and waste of money!

Casinos asking for more documents to verify after a win. When casinos use the right to ask for extra verification documents to inquire about some information I don't want to expose, it becomes very annoying. I prefer the casino to state all the documents they require in the terms of service instead of coming up with more KYC verification after a win.

At this time you have to provide all the documents they have since your money is at stake. The next move will be to boycott such casino to avoid privacy invasion. It is better to bet with a reputable casino than to be attracted to some of them maybe because of enticing bonuses.

It seems that my computer is a bit old and it becomes a bit laggy when playing certain games in some casinos. Although it has never had an impact in the outcome of a bet, it can be a bit frustrating when it comes to live events.

I'm afraid that the only way to solve it is to buy a new computer, which is not part of my plans in the short term, at least as long as the one I have works for most of the rest of the tasks I do with it.

Casinos asking for more documents to verify after a win. When casinos use the right to ask for extra verification documents to inquire about some information I don't want to expose, it becomes very annoying. There must be a reason if the casinos asks their users to do the advanced KYC, perhaps because the user made a big withdrawal or bet on a suspicious/rigged match (sports), or suspected of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, etc.
So it would not be correct to say that all casinos will always make it difficult for their players when making withdrawals with advanced KYC stages after they win something.
And yes its a bit annoying when we are asked for additional documents for the advanced KYC, but like it or not -  it has to be done because we as players have agreed to their T&C when signing up on their platforms.

Like other users there is no problem in this new, maybe in the past it was experienced but now it is forgotten.
What I don't like about casinos is that they ask for documents after withdrawing, but so far so good meaning that there are no obstacles to go through and stick with reputable casinos.

If you have a problem, of course, asking the casino support (live chat) is one of the solutions, even if you cannot solve it yourself in the case you receive, of course, you must ask for the reason why this happened.

If that is true, then it is a rule that may be taken to limit withdrawals that are too small because it is also related to the profits that will be obtained or depends on the rules of the regulator.

The important thing is that it is still within a reasonable limit and does not burden players with an increased minimum withdrawal and no congestion in withdrawing funds.
And the option to withdraw from crypto coins may also be adjusted if some Fiat withdrawals are also increased.

There are many more serious problems such as pending withdrawals and not even any confirmations and suddenly scam casinos.
It is important to know the ToS and how the casino provides rules for its users and also based on the recommendations of many users,
if there is a problem, I better not put my money into the casino.

The problem that I will voice is one that gamblers face all the time (and not just recently) and it’s called KYC.

2) How would you solve this problem?

This can be solved easily and simply, namely, by completely abolishing KYC for gamblers. If you, as a casino owner, demand KYC from gamblers, then be kind enough to first provide your own KYC, because among the casinos there are a great many scams that steal (take away under fictitious pretexts) the money of their clients.

Otherwise, a strange picture emerges: the gambler deposits money into a casino account (in fact, loses it), provides KYC, and the casino owners remain incognito.

The gambler and the casino must know and trust each other, and this is only possible with complete openness (KYC) on both sides. If one party remains hidden, then this is an opportunity for deception and fraud.

Either KYC the gambler and the casino, or cancel the KYC.


It sounds utopian, but the any ideal casino should be like this.
