I was visiting your privacy page and I could not found anything specific except some general policies.
Do you use any encryption? It's needed to ensure the data is not read by a third party even anyone from the development team.
I don't know how much it different from SimpleX but you need to study SimpleX if you have similar product development in plan.

So tell me how did you come out with a black color background with dolls as the headers, it's not inviting at all it looks spooky to me and I have a hard time reading the text too, the last time I visited a platform where the background is black was a blackhat forum.

You should take into consideration your visitors and members on how you design your website. I have a hard time reading your terms with the dark-colored theme.

I tried to log in to see the inside of the platform but the captcha is not working, you should have tested the platform first especially the register and the log in widgets and button before launching it to the public.

No one will join a platform that has bugs and the environment is not attractive the combination of white and blue is always a stand out check this guideline on how to improve your platform appearance
