Bitcointalk Pie Contest Award (Canvas) Received From 1Dq

First of all let me thank the Sponsors/Organizers of the contest and personalities like theymos, RickDeckard, PowerGlove, UserU, apogio and 1Dq. And to all the bakers and winners. And finally everyone in the forum. I am creating this to inform the forum that I have received the Canvas from 1Dq according RickDeckard direction to show it in the community. And it is a very nice design. The three winners are in the design with their usernames written.
The left is Mame89, the middle is GazataBitcoin and the right is me (Agbe).

The Canvas was sent in the month of April from Europe to Africa (Nigeria) and it spent 2 months and half on the way and finally delivered to me on the 21st of June 2024.

Sure interesting designs anyway, congratulations once more to the winners as the contest have partially made the forum move out of anonymity because I believe before the package was delivered to Agbe, he must have undergone some physical verifications but that not withstanding, it is a memorable experience of which it is worth it and this is also a strategy to entice more people to take part in the next edition and to also put in more effort in order to make their pie lovely.
It is good you showed it up here so that everyone can believe in the transparency of the forum even though the time it took to get delivered to you looks a little much because 2 months is about 60 days, pretty much time though.
It arrived at a very good time since we are also anticipating the outcome of votes from the just concluded Bitcoin pizza competition even though voting is still in progress.

That's a long time; was it shipped across the Mediterranean Sea, or did the cargo break down in the midst of the sea? I've shipped a couple items from Europe to almost the same destination by Air, and they arrived much faster than I expected. It's free shipping, so I'm sure they'll employ the most cost-effective method available.

Don't pay attention to the Sherrif; I'm simply trying to get some nerves and run away  . BTW, the free raffle card I won and had mailed from Germany since May 5th arrived just last week. I was starting to grow tired of updating the track app. I love the art ..... Congrats

Arrived in Nigeria but it hasn't been forwarded to my mall box yet I don't know what's taking them so long - I guess I didn't use the appropriate sentence

Wow.. congrats to you Agbe, it actually a lovely piece you have got as a reward for coming 3rd in the just concluded Pie Contest. Kudos to you bro, as I wish you many more wins. However, though the art piece did arrive late to Nigeria, the most important thing is that it got to its final destination.

I hope I will aslo win one of these contest and also have my own canvas hanging on my wall. I've had my fair share of damaged items being delivered to me when I order something online and it comes from another country, so I'm glad it didn't get damaged or lost during the delivery process especially when the sender is from another country.

That’s one nice painting Agbe, congrats man. You did good in the contest and now you have a memorable one to show for it through the days that your around. Let’s hope you don’t come to trade it in some day, lol…

I would have loved to see the beauty of the art on a white wall or surface though, the lemon green doesn’t really bring out all of its radiance but, it’s still a good piece.

You having to receive this one from friends here tells just how big these events are and how close we could get. Although, the time it took to send that over was such an enduring one. Am sure the excitement that followed was worth the wait. Good job guys, in seeing this through.

 Congratulations Agbe for this. I guess after all, it was worth the wait. A beautiful design that has such vivid illustrations. I can't really remember when this contest was held but I know it's been over a year, but nevertheless, good thing your price came to you in one piece.
This forum is a well rounded place as it not only discusses about crypto currencies, it also has soave for individuals to showcase their skills.

Lolz!!! It is not up to a year. It was on the month of April 2024 this year. And normally whenever contest is going on in the forum, it is only those who are frequently visiting, Meta, Reputation and Games and Rounds always have the awareness and for those who are not visiting those boards are not. And the Pie contest was initiated in Games and Rounds Board. And you can read this to know more. It was a nice contest and after the baking and submission, I hate the pie with friends and it was delicious with fruit juice.

I am a new member of this forum and am very happy to see this. It is charming work. Such beautiful work on the forum increases the love for the forum. I was so excited to see it that I can't express it. I didn't know this forum had such nice stuff. I especially thank those who organized this contest and all those who participated. It's good to come to work in the forum and organize a contest like this; one can see a love for the forum.

If I wasn't on the forum during the pie contest and didn't know about the forum until I learned about it and came here, hopefully, I will participate in the following pie contest. I like them very much.
