If you have been active in gambling, you should know that betting on political events is not new things and many gambling sites are offering betting on these events in the betting section.

I think there is no harm to bet on such events and they can be expand to other events too like Oscar Award winner, Miss World contests etc. As long as the gambling site offers such bet, you are good to go. However the only drawback in these bets are that some of many take a lot of times, even months, before the results are annoiunced.

Meaning that if you place the bet on the US elections today, you will be notified somewhere in November the outcome of that bet. The money you will place for this bet will be held by the gambling site for that many months.

You've never heard it before because that was the reason, there are really not many people betting for this kind of line, and the worst part is it takes months before you will see the results unless you bet before the voting begins. Imagine next year, it won't be in the hype again because the USA will not be part of it again until 2028 or 2029, something like that. Honestly I'm so interested with it, I'd love to hear the engaging of people towards politics because their ideas is more of a circus show. When there's a raging and rampant issues there's a significant topic that would bring people in a nearest conclusions. The fact that everyone would definitely have difference of opinion on who they think would be better candidates makes this very much possible. In my country, everyone that voted the current government is being deserted not just by their friends but also by their family. The issue stems from the fact that a friend's vote might just be 1 in millions but it play a role in ensuring that the other candidate won and as a result, everyone had to suffer the repercussion of that event. If you notice that you and your friend no longer share common interests, I don't see an issue with that. Friendships are built abd destroyed.

I don't think I have come across any casinos that permit gambling on political events. In my country, our casino doesn't have such a bet, but if there's any opportunity for me to bet on the current US presidential election, I will also go with your option of betting on Donald Trump because I believe that he is the candidate that is going to win the election too.

I don't know why I'm feeling in some type of ways about this but, I'm not just a fan of all this political sentiments... First of all, how did we get here?? Bookies adding gubernatorial elections so people could wager on them?? That's sad!! Folks ain't even interested in the selection process to know if they're voting themselves into slavery or not.  Are we still entitled to our own franchise or the system has been tilted the other way?

If there's any form of gambling that happens behind close doors that we should be against, it'll be the corruptible electoral commissions that would only swap the voting cards to whomever deems their interest. This is not new anymore as politics can really destroy friendships and even neighborhood. Those who were carried away by the thought of winning the election even if it means breaking the other person are those who cannot be trusted actually when it comes to their own responsibilities and obligations as a public servant. Well you are not alone on this thought because it was actually in this forum that I got to hear that gamblers can actually make bet on political events like the US ELECTION which of course was a surprise and if you ask me I think it's starting to blend through all the casinos too considering the huge amount of audience that actually do bet on these events I can boldly say it's definitely not a hype anymore as it's a trend now and will be fused to the gambling industry at large..

Though, since you are relatively new on betting on political events, you must be aware that the odds and the perception of the people on the candidates is very vulnerable to what the corporate media has to say about them and the blunts either of the candidates commit in the middle of their campaign. One also needs to see ahead from the moment one decides to bet on it, it is not like betting on sports, you don't have only to pay attention to a single match which will only last an hour or so. when comes to politics, you need to stay tuned to news for months and months before you decide it is the right moment for you to place your bet on the table.
Many of those who though Biden would bring them a good win were wrong at bit waiting for the election to get closer, and now they are paying the consequences for it.
