Yes, it is worth it in the long run, as it is backed by black rock. Though the current marketcap appears to be very high for ondo, but the only problem is that VCs will continue to dump on you at this time, and for your information, ondo has 0,002% of its supply unlocked every day.

Inflation will be limited, and it will not immediately flood the circulating supply. You can view the vesting schedule for ondo here. Finally, it is worthwhile in the long run to keep an eye out for future massive tokenizations, and they will be fully related to the ondo.

I believe ONDO is a good project and has good fundamentals. Right now the price is over $1 and I think that is quite a high price and there will be a possibility for the price to go down. I agree that ONDO is the best for RWA at the moment. Although there will be many projects with the RWA concept in the future but I am confident that it will be able to survive the bullish season. I still include ONDO in my altcoin list.

When you said inflation, I guess you mean volatility of the token? Well, be rest assured that holding AltCoins for a long term can be risky especially valuable that hasn't built it's blockchain.

No i mean that there will be several token unlocks during the next two years which lead to massive inflation

When you are using terms like "RWA coin" (which it's not because it's a token), you are assuming it somehow would tap on the RWA markets in some significant way, enough to have valuation compared to real world asset markets.

Offering synthetics or similar assets and playing them in decondary markets has nothing to do with native issuance of real RWA with stock ownership benefits. So what most of these RWA "coins" are playing with is just smoke and mirrors and riding with the blockchain fomo that can't even touch the real world asset finances.

Sure, black rock is "backing" them, and i am not trying to downplay of their significance, but big firms are now trying a little bit of everything blockchain related, and most of them won't pan out to anything significant.

I see these kinds of projects just moneygrabs that aren't trying to solve anything meaningful. And since this isn't solving any problem, why in the world wouldn't someone just buy actual real world assets from centralized markets instead?

I don't know much about this token, but if we talk about the long term it is definitely related to utility, if the utility is needed by many people then the price of this token will increase in the future. Inflation affects all cryptocurrencies, meaning it doesn't just affect one altcoin. If you want to invest in this altcoin, make sure the utility of this coin is needed by many people in the future because this utility will maintain its price in the future. but even so this coin is ranked 52 CMC and that means this coin has quite a lot of investors and fans. and what amazed me was that when I checked the price history, the price of this coin continued to increase from the lowest price of around $0.08 to now $1.

Then you know what will happen when those unlocked tokens comes.

Sure, the inflation will be there and before that comes you have to make sure you get the chunk of your profits first.

And everyone who invested first will dispose their holdings and dump it all at once. So, there is the move from sellers and dumpers plus the tokens unlock that will make it dumping a larger impact.

I have never given time to study ONDO since it was listed and the reason is partly because it is the namesake of a state in my country (Ondo state), which doesn't make me take it seriously, to be honest. This is despite seeing the brilliant performance of the token over time, although I can only appreciate that after it did it, I wouldn't have given it a thought, to be honest, so I would have still missed it.

But seeing you mentioning that it is the number 1 RWA-Token made me do some quick research about it, and in summary, ONDO is worth buying. It is such a token that is worth purchasing and holding for decades like Bitcoin, but to avoid the bearish season issue, you can divest in the H1 or H2 of 2025 to repurchase when the bearish season is over and continue to repeat it like that.

Also, the market cap is still small, so the risk is not so high for this good project.

i think this token with regards to its usability it will provide much better utility and liquidity for the application and its users by offering an instrument that generates profits and is worth buying i believe ondo is a good project and has good fundamentals to jump into it because this usability will keep future prices.

There are still people who can make a mistake when writing a coin and token but I think it doesn't really matter since the topic is not about them anyways.

IDK if what RWA means, so I researched it and found out that it was Real World Assets. I also searched for crypto projects that are under it and found out that ONDO is one of it, so why not?

I see these kinds of projects just moneygrabs that aren't trying to solve anything meaningful. And since this isn't solving any problem, why in the world wouldn't someone just buy actual real world assets from centralized markets instead?

Just like the AI, it is now everywhere. People nowadays are always riding the trend because they also want to get a piece of the pie. I believe that most of the investors are also/only riding it for the profits and they don't expect something beyond that, so don't you worry mate. Even some assets that are found in the real world still can't solve something, so what's the difference, eh?
