It seems you are tired of all this questions asked by newbies about how to succeed and how to make money or earn merits. We are all tired but what can we do about it since everyone has the right to post what they pleases and no amount of talk or complain can make newbies who are desperate to make money act sensibly.

If they can ignore pinned threads what do you think will happen to this post, this thread will probably go down the pages in weeks to come having no serious impact on newbies to come after. That’s just how they are, i think we just have to tolerate these questions and educate them as they come as the elders of this forum.

The pinned threads in this board does similar thing with a clear title/subject topic but newbies just continue to ask this same question especially lately. Though I would agree your recent threads will be helpful if pinned, not just to newbies but many  other members also.

Most of this questions and threads are done by newbies and it gets me surprised how someone will create account in a forum like this but will not spend few hours going through the forum to see if what he wanted are there, rather will create thread asking to be spoon-fed.  To me it is a sign of laxity and nothing else. The right thing to do is go through the forum boards to take a glance and see what is available and what is not because the answers to most of their questions are already pinned at the top of most of the boards.

But some people contribute little or nothing but get to full member and join campaign. People that are very useful on this forum have most of their posts on the first page of discussion threads while just few on the second and third page of discussion threads while very little on more than third page of discussion threads. But you are not wrong because I noticed that these good posters are on one of the best campaigns on this forum and they have better reputation and thick skin.

funny enough, most persons already know that they need merit for them to rank up in the forum and that to get merit, it requires quality post but will still ask series of questions just to see what view others hold. It's a normal thing for all numbies and I can't deny the reality that I once did same but the beauty of growing in the system is coming to the discovery that those were the days of ones little begining. Even though most persons want to earn from the forum, the place of learning about the forum and Bitcoin in general can't be paid less attention to. Any one that grew in the forum from the time when merit became the top most criteria for your rank would have known that you have to learn and learn a lot of things so as to get your balance first on the forum or else you wouldn't grow at all and if you don't grow, the chance of earning is almost none existing.

Even without a newbie coming to ask about anything here on the beginners and help section, just a little effort by navigating thoroughly through the forum could help a newbie have an idea about how to go with the forum, but its unfortunate that many are not interested in reading not to talk about learning to discover new things, this is a habit that have to be avoided as people have to realize the need for reading before asking or posting.

I think most newbies come here with an absolute wrong mentality of just getting everything on a platter forgetting that nothing good actually comes easy.
Personally I think the forum is self directory and anyone can easily find their way around here especially with the help of the pinned messages on almost every board you open.
I also do understand that earning merits in the forum is hard for now but that doesn’t mean that, merits aren’t earned and I’m sure that, with the Right post, one can possibly earn merits (not guaranteed) regardless of when the post was made.

I think a lot of newbies aren’t using their local board rightly as the local board is supposed to serve as a place where people from a particular region or country, come together to about bitcoin and cryptocurrency with regards to its challenges and successes in their communities and every local questions about the forum should be asked there for better clarification of the need be except a broader audience is needed.

This could be reaching maximum rank (the first step); gaining fame, honor and influence, many merits; obtaining the role of campaing manager; something else. The list may vary somewhat depending on personal preferences, but you immediately started talking about money. Therefore, success in bitcointalk should be perceived as the opportunity to earn money here? Does it all come down to this?

Well, guides are available to aid beginners not find their way out and one way to persist here and have yourself valued for an asset is to ensure you’re discussing. You don’t just kick in with some opinion and leave although, that too is important because, giving your opinion means your ensuring to stay original but, when you discuss on the various topics on here, you do yourself a lot of good.

The thing is this thread creation of how to be successful on the forum or how to earn get merits or it’s sister question I am new to the forum, how can I get started are intentional questions asked by newbies to announce their arrival on the forum. Most of the newbies and even those who have ranked up now actually made this like an initiation thread and close to 90% of these members asking this questions hardly read the replies that follows it up.

We can create started packs like what Ratimov had in the past or what tranthidung has now and yet no one will go there even if they are pinned at top. I don’t think there will be any measure to stop such thread at the moment.

To be honest, you don't need to be obsessed on getting successful here in the forum. It will eventually come in the long run. Yes, it takes time so one should never rush to it. Just enjoy and be productive in the forum, in the sense that you don't get pressured with learning and earning so fast, otherwise you are looking for a shortcut towards success. Be genuine to yourself and to others, and just give your best answers to the questions, something that will be of high relevance. I believe in the long run, success will come to you when you don't put high hopes in it.

I never knew that a thread like this exist, although I read that particular pinned thread on the board after my registration. I am quite hurt that I didn't discover this particular thread on time. This thread contains so many things that would literally help evey newbie, including myself (because I still see myself as a learner).

I have been looking for a certain book titled "Mastering Bitcoin" for sometime now. Luckily for me, I found it there, alongside other books which I downloaded, though I can't download the mastering Bitcoin book as a pdf on my device.

And again, since my registration, I kept seeing this repetitive thread on both the main Bitcoin board and the technical & development board, where users(mostly newbies) keeps asking how to get a Tbtc. I discovered that this thread contains a list of sites where they can be gotten.

And lastly, is there a proper guide on how to use Ninjastic.space?

I hope I can dedicate more of my time in reading majority of the guidelines in that thread.

We need to understand that those who do such things aren't newbies who are here to learn and grow or have the ability to contribute to the forum in the future because if someone has that much constructiveness and potential in them, they would at least first do some reading before they start asking a question.

When I first joined the forum, I didn't know anything as well, but I didn't go ahead and start asking questions immediately, I tried my best to surf around the forum and find out what it is all about and how things work around here, and someone with reading and understanding abilities would understand most of the things without asking a question.

The funny part is that there will still be users doing the same thing you are asking them not to do here because they will probably ignore this thread as well.

It's funny how people, trying to pass themselves off as newbies, easily find themselves creating topics with simple questions. It is also interesting that the time when Ratimov left the forum has long passed, but the “newbies” have made it a habit to open new topics. After all, it was Ratimov who spoiled the newcomers with merit, and it was then that there was a big boom in alternative newcomer accounts opening up new topics.

But if you treat the forum normally, then any new person coming to a new place will leaf through the sections simply out of curiosity, and time must pass for questions to arise. But it's funny to see a new member calling himself newbies and then immediately going to a topic where he can get merit.

Problem with a lot of them is they didn't bother to do a research. They always want to get spoon feed that's why majority of those newbies we didn't see succeed to last long because maybe they only good at first.

If they just put in their mind that everything they want to ask is available online and the only thing they need to do is to research it for sure that they could able to learn a lot of things from doing those actions. They just need to post when there's important thing need to talk about that they want to clarify.

But that how to earn merits and how to earn money here I guess that's crazy question to asked. since for sure there will be no definite answer to that because for sure lots of them will not follow the advices or find it hard to achieve and it depends on the people on where they are good at. Since even if we suggest that they can earn from example in signature campaign and they don't have long patience and effort then there still nothing will happen to them.
