I think that you have to choose yourself with your own research. If someone will recommend it mostly means that you believe to unknown member. So i can only give an advice what to do.
The best way is to read casinos ANN threads. They mustn`t be selfmoderated. It would be nice to see the casino representative in this thread. Read first 1-3 pages and last 5-10 to see the announces and information about the casino and to get new feedback from gamblers about casino.

Maybe the US site is legal for you? If not, I would reach out to stake and see if they will consider making a similar site that adheres to legal restrictions in your area.

That is true. I checked Rollbit terms of service right now and Belgium was included among the restriction countries.

He's out in Stake and Rollbit due to countries restriction then I guess its more safer for him to look for another option which he's allowed to gamble.

I guess the one good casino he could able to choose is BC.Game since there no Belgium mentioned in restricted list and they are available for most country in the world. Can't access BC.game maybe my country has been listed on restricted region. Then OP could able to try to access if he can access this casino. Aside from those top casinos been suggested but unfortunately OP can't access it due to restriction I can't recommend other ones so its up for OP now to try those recommendations given by people.

Do you have any specific requirements? Like you want to play only casino slots or wanna play sports betting and withdrawal. I use that service for our local money whenever I am out of cryptocurrencies and regarding withdrawals and deposits, I didn't have any problems with them.

I hope this is not late yet as it is now the second day. I feel for those who are in this situation where they need the best services, or at least the service that will not swindle them of their money, a situation where most of them fall victim. But you should be thankful to be asking this question on this forum, you can't go wrong.

However, among the casinos you listed above, Rollbit is the one I can point to on average, this means that you are still not getting there yet. If you need a better casino or sportsbook, it is best to choose Stake.com. What advice do you expect in a place where there is a diverse casino games which you have listed and yet to be listed? I will advice you try trust dice 🎲 it is a good gambling site I will recommend you to try, you will love it. Though it's not a must but you also check others if you don't mind but I am currently gambling on trust dice casino. Most of the sites you listed above are already reputable and have their announcements and Q&A threads in this forum, a good indication that such sites are reputable, but if you'll ask me which sites I could recommend, I'd only be able to tell you to bet on either Duelbits, or Stake. Duelbits has been good to me for the past couple of months when I started to bet again, and the PVP feature they have is certainly something along my ballpark as I am a competitive person and would almost always go for more exhilarating wins rather than meh ones. It all depends on your taste and what you are looking for, but if you ask about convenience and instant and fast withdrawals, I would say Stake, Rollbit and Sportsbet.

Most of the casinos you mentioned are great as I use some of them. Rollbit is a great one for me and I'm confident using them as they have all I need. However, I think your country of resident will determine the casino to use when you have to chose from many reputable casinos such as Rollbit, Trustdice, Duelbit and the others. So, visit the TOS of those casinos and see if their services is available for people in your country of origin and residence. You can also use the same time to find out some other conditions such as KYC requirement, withdrawal limits and other minor details that can turn out to be very important in the future.
