I'm surprised that this company was not previously flagged for multiple deceptions. Probably no one took it seriously, although there were many comments about their development.

Bottom line, you an unknown entity, with no headquarters, no license, no real life presence anywhere but you claim to have done 100 000 transactions already, common, at least try something else!!!!

We have a great sales department. They connect new users to our payment system every day - here 100k transactions.

So, doing just the average math with no increase at all, since the start of your business till now, shouldn't there be already 200 00 transactions by now? 

Seriously, why don't you try to do an honest business here, it will be so simple and it will stop people from criticizing you:
- stop with the fake reviews and stop boasting about paid articles, nobody is going to get mad at you for promoting yourself through PR releases but even claiming somebody is interested in your business and that's why they've spent time to write about it is bull
- stop claiming numbers you obviously don't have
- stop pretending you have licenses just because you're right now thinking of applying for one

Start focusing on other things and stick to them:
- promote the advantages of your platform over others, both technically and financially
- come clean about who is behind this and where is located

The most important thing is being honest about it, without this, you won't get anywhere, if your intention is to actually go there and not a quick $

For fiat transactions the KYC procedure will be mandatory. For crypto payments everything will remain anonymous.

This is very relieving to hear, which was what we all have been expecting since.  Am positive that this  will calm all the waves surrounding the campaign. And I won't hesitate to bring it to the forum immediately I receive my payment.

all these would have been avoided if you had listened to all the numerous advice they gave you on how to effectively run the campign through a reputable campign manager.

I've seen the cryptomus ad on Facebook that's not doing bad in terms of its reach and you would have gained a lot more reputation on the forum if you followed all the instructions passed or at the least hired a good manager to take care of the project at the start and maybe you can take over when you've learned the basics.

Just make the best use of this period and work on all that's missing including an ann thread, a spreadsheet, and a good signature and avatar. Weldone for choosing to do things the right way and I hope you come back stronger.

Just hope that you will come back soon. The good part of the whole story is that you have learned from your mistake and are willing to make appropriate adjustments. I also appreciate you for accepting that you made a mistake, that's real humility. When I saw that you didn't respond to the thread after several complaints, I thought you were proud. Unfortunately, OP is banned for plagiarism and I am sure that they were not aware of the rules of plagiarism. Not everybody reads the rules when they sign up on a forum. They even started their campaign on their own and made some mistakes. They paused the campaign and possibly they could have come up with a new campaign with a campaign manager. But, they are banned now. I would say it's too harsh to ban a new person for the first case of plagiarism. Or a Temp ban could be a good solution. These companies could help Bitcointalk's economy in a good way. But, we just ended their journey before they learned. I feel sorry for them.

Why do you think so that it harsh to ban a new account when their committed a crime that is against the forum rules, I think the moderators have done well to ban them because there show no sign of respect to this forum from the unsent, first they came with they own requirements for running a signature campaign outside what is generally accepted by the forum, in Their attempt to run their signature campaign by themselves and the failed to pay attention to how things are done here or employ a capable campaign manager to manage the campaign for them, what I have seen in all of their actions is that, the representative failed to do some reading about the forum and how things are done here in the forum.
He assumed things and drafted his one format and approach to this forum, with a low or no experience of how the job is done and acceptable, not reading the rules of this forum is somehow an abuse on it own and commiting plagiarism ahows that the rep account is lazy and don't have regards for the forum being a first time, offenders doesn't elude them from the purnishment.
I don't know what the next step for the company if their want to continue with their promotion in here, what happens now if their create another account it will get ban again since that will be ban invasion, guess they can still long in a read comments and be able to pick some reputable manager contact info who can help them run the signature campaign without their involvement directly.

It's good that before they were banned, all participants received their payout and they issued an apology it's bad that in the early days of the campaign, they chose to ignore the recommendations of members to make the campaign better and to have a continuity.

They will have to do better next time, but one thing they learned is they need to read the rules and the mechanics of the campaign something they failed to do in their two years of existence here.

Plagiarism is considered unethical and immoral, even before it becomes a violation of rules... one should not plagiarize, not because of the forum rules, but for ethics.

If you wish to use content which you didn't create, you can just quote it... There is no harm in doing so
