This is a warning to you that you have an active loan with me. And based on my terms you cant take any other loan before the repayment of my loan even if you can't sell any reversible payment. I think you have not read my terms.
3. As I will not take account as collateral, you have to agree that once you take a loan from me, you will not take/apply for any other loan from anyone until you repay the loan. Also before the repayment, you would not be able to trade any reversible payment. I mean you can't sell skrill, Neteller, Payoneer, PayPal, etc. If you break any rule then it will be marked as a loan defaulter and I will ask DT to tag you.
It is a small amount of loan so I am not going to take any action. But if you repeat I must have to take action against it. This rule stands to save my fund (future lenders fund and the buyer of Paypal, skrill etc)
