Today I received my Avalon Nano 3. The device allows to download the system logs (lower part of the left sidebar). While I was reading the logs I found out that the device has been tested on the 13.6.2024 for about 3 hours.

During that time the device was mining on pool 172.31.26.43:4444 and one of the blocks was 847711, which is indeed the block from 2024-06-13 07:29:26. So, obviously they are testing on a productive environment.

Why not using produced devices in a sliding window principle for testing and mining? Has anyone seen this in other production environments?

Here is a small part of my log:

What power level are using there?  and have you managed to get the full 4Th/s yet?
I`v been running mine for a few weeks now and it`s never hit 4, I`v been getting roughly 3.5(ish) at max like your logs show.
So I run mine at Med now and get about 2.7 Th/s and save myself 50W doing it.

Here is my power from wall and hashrate
low 70W  2,1THs
medium 105W  3,2THs
high 145W 4,1THs
I run Nano3 on medium.
Because the PSU was very hot I driled holes in the housing which was good for low power mode.
Later I added mini fan and it no longer overheat.

That`s much better than mine, what Firmware version are you on, I`m on: 24032701_48bd3a6

I get roughly...
Low: 1.5 Th/s @ 62W
Med: 2.7 Th/s @ 92W
High: 3.8 Th/s @ 137W

I've nowhere seen a firmware. Maybe someone can help, but the official Canaan site doesn't provide one. Maybe you want to contact official support?
