I don't know how long more days weeks months or years we have left until ww3 nuclear full scale but it seems that's the plan and elite working towards bigger things than just living here on the earth nice life they might have some divine goal to destroy all of us including themselfes in war 100% they havent built so many weapons for no reason so i guess we never meant be here on earth to enjoy this place but it's just one big hell.

Just accept the fact that all of us aren't going to live this world that long. But the matter is how we're all going to leave this world, is it going to be through another war? is it through a disease, a bad way or through sleeping. We don't know. While with all of the rumors of wars are almost everywhere and everybody is war and fearmongering and it becomes the daily dose of most people that are only staying through social media. Appreciate what you have in your life, the world might be unfair to all but there's still balance which I believe is true and right. So, whatever you do to the others and as you do good in them, that kindness and goodness that you did to the others will comeback to you. It would be very hard to achieve some kind of protocol or treaty for all nuclear nations to get together and destroy their nuclear weaponry, to be honest. There are even people out there in the planet who believe that the existence of nuclear arsenals to be actually good for world peace, alledgely because all parties involved are aware that using those weapons would mean mutual destruction of all those involved in the conflict. No party would want to be mutually destroyed, hence they do not use those weapons but are not willing to hand over their missils or destroy them completely.
Actually, some would argue the only reason North Korea continues to be undisturbed to this day is because of their nuclear program.

I would be in favor or disassembling all those weapons, but it is not a realistic scenario. It would be more productive to work with more realistic ones.

The country which is most advanced towards weapons and nuclear energy is known to be the only powerful country in the world today. You'll notice that Russia is relatively less populated than China but almost equal in power. But now the power of weapons is the most powerful in the world, and the current powerful president is the one who has the most weapons.

The world might not be hell but it certainly leads towards the directions of its gates. Do not concentrate on the world and only doing your best to keep G-Ds commandments. For Jews it is following the commandments and for Christians their messiah summed it up perfectly in teaching about treating others as you would have then treat you etc which covers just about every commandment however most Jews , Christians , Muslims et al fall short of the glory of G-D because we are ALL sinners and in many cases wicked. We cannot fix the world or even ourselves in some cases but for G-D anything is possible. Make an honest effort each day and let G-D lead the way. Why would the elites wish to destroy themselves in a nuclear full scale war? It seems pointless. The most logical answer is that nuclear weapons are strategically used to boast military supremacy over rival nations and even among the allied ones. They are more valuable stored on the armories than under usage. And even if this world is hell, like you said, to get rid of it or free from it should be heaven then, right?

Anyway, by your words you seem to be really close to the war, so it's expected to have such thoughts coming through your mind quite often. The uncertainity of the global scenario, the anxiety caused by not knowing what is going to happen next, or when this nightmare is going to cease contributes to the belief world is hell and bring you closer to negative emotions, thoughts and impressions, while getting away from the positive and extroverted ones.

Personally, I believe something good must exist. If not in this world, somewhere else in the vast creation of God, in this dimension or in another one. Thinking this way, you can find will and inspiration to face the challenges of daily life and overcome them with mastery.

I try not to concern myself with things that don’t affect me. I’m just a member of the public, there doesn’t seem any point in me worrying about wars & foreign affairs. To live a happy life it’s just best to surround yourself with good people, go to work, have fun at weekends etc. You can give to charities & things like that but there is no point wasting energy & giving yourself anxiety worrying about nuclear weapons, climate crisis & wars.
