There would really be those certain jobs that cant really be replaced by AI or Robots on which it will really be that still having that kind of human being interference or involvement on which it will really be that much more better than by be done by robots on which it will really be that understandable on this case. If we lived in a more perfect world the theory goes that AI and advancing automation technology would free up people to pursue more leisure time. However we live in an often cutthroat capitalist society, which will need to move towards some other system that could provide a universal income before that comes true. Capitalism would still exist, however there could be a redistribution of wealth because the billionaires will often sit on their money for a lifetime when it could be spent helping millions of other people. Giving people a base line of comfort and allowing them to pursue work if they wanted to earn beyond that seems like the ideal world, but it strays very close to communism which is an utter disaster.

Yeap I want to agree with you and also wanna say that every thing have both negative and the positive thing so AI will also contained the same but if we look back to the past every new invention on technology gives us more positive thing than the negatives.

Yes, that's right. Humans are indeed smarter than AI so not all human jobs will be replaced by AI because of course AI's capabilities are also limited while humans are not. So on the one hand, the development of AI is good for replacing some human jobs and we humans don't need to be too afraid that AI technology will replace human jobs. literally everyone has been using chatGPT for self taught with its extensive knowledge across various fields.
even if somehow AI is deemed to be insufficient for teaching, it will still reduce human intervention making the need for human to do certain job reduced greatly.

the only thing that will not get replaced by AI will be anything related to law and regulation, it will need human representative and human intervention for it to be legitimate, a robot just doesn't cut it even with AI capability.

When companies prefer to hire their employees on a contract basis of course they have certain targets and also they have advantages such as being able to lay off their employees after no longer needing work in that field or the company can easily review the performance of the workers and if they no longer work well then the worker will not have their contract extended.
