What's your tactic on playing live events?

I have been lately trying out tactic that i bet if the game score hits on some parameters that i am looking for. Like in soccer for example, if other team leads 2 points at half time or past it. If there are any betting possibilities to bet a winner, i'll take it. I know it's with low multipliers, but so far i am doing ok with this. And in baseball, if other team leads by over 10 points on round 2, i am betting on it. I know this must seem idiotic and too simplified to any pro gambler, but i am trying my luck with it.

But finding these kind of games that fit my parameters and accept bets takes time and constant surveillance. And even if i am using a lot of time for it i am losing too much time.

So far i haven't found any free sites where i can set up live score parameters that alert me for right betting conditions. And i am starting to think i should build a bot for it. I don't even need it for betting, just alerting. I can do the betting manually.

What's your tactic on playing live events?

My tactic on live event is to avoid them because it is a 50/50 thing and I wouldn't want to take such risk. The only time I play live event is when I have already analyzed the game but unable to play before kickoff but still have a chance to place my bet when the game have started. This also depends if there have been scores and odds adjustments which can make me forget about the event entirely.

Live event have wrecked many people I know because the risk is high and the chances of using accumulator for live even is low and stressful as the odds will keep changing and matches freezing correspondingly.

With the parameters you mentioned your odd will be around 1.25 or highest 1.35 odds which is a low profits if the bet won at the end, but note that in this approach you will have to stake high amount in other to come up with a significant rewards,  so the lower your risk the lower your rewards,  but in terms of winning chances,  you have higher chance of winning the best since the team already lead with 2 goals in second half, it be hard for the opposition to equelize and possibly win the match.

So the chances to win with this approach is high even though you have lower rewards due to the odds availability.

Since you are doing this manually why not just stick with the sites and bookmark it and leave that page open and try checking the page often so when you see an opportunity that fits into your parameters just grab it.

That's all I can say cause bookmakers don't like to lose so if you want to beat them you need to put an effort but that thing must be very low odds if I am not wrong.

If betting on live matches or games always bet on the second half although the odds are very discouraging but you would see that most of the game had already played, for instance when team A already beat team B with 2:0 it very much easier to give the team A straight winning. Is actually deadly but one need to stake with small amount maybe when this strategies works fine for you then you can know more tactics to explore. I hardly bet on it since their odds are very poor it would require to have series of games to have your odd boost up to at least 10 to 15 odds.

You could easily analyze the teams involved even before the start of the game and if you don't want to predict the full outcome of the match, you could easily play a first half prediction of the numbers of goals to possibly score or choice a betting option to consider even thought that in most instances the odes are always too small. I know that some people do it even with the small odes that's involved and for the fact that you need to bet with an higher amount if you want to get good profit from your bet, I don't really fancy it that much.

That's what i've been doing. But because with parameters of mine, events where i still have change to bet are rare, and i don't have time to watch for my opportunities, i have other obligations and interests that require my attention. And since i don't have time, i am losing so many of these opportunities.

And with low multipliers like these, watching those sites all the time wouldn't be worth time financially either. It's more like an experiment for me. However if i had a bot or a site that would monitor those parameters for me, and alerted, i could focus my attention to other things. All i would have to do is keep my computer open so i can access into it and bet fast.

I'm not sure if you are betting on American sports or overseas sports, but there is an app called CBS sports for American sports where you can keep track of all the scores for baseball, basketball, WNBA, NBA, golf, and so on. If you are betting on European or Asian sports I am sure they probably have an app as well. Might save you time building a bot at least.

Sport betting is where the impossible happens most of the time. That's why, most of the time, it's just okay to avoid live betting if you can.
 
Even if you try to enter the bet on the second half or when the winning team is winning with a very high point that might appear impossible for the next team to catch up, the table can always turn around, which is why I consider it very risky. I prefer placing a bet on a particular match before it starts than using their current score to predict their outcome.

Thanks. Sports from every region are fine, i just need to be able to bet some of them live in somewhere. But all i found for android was CBS sport news app, and that gave me some unrecognized default language that i couldn't change. Maybe it's not available on my region or it's an apple app.

And it's not the live results tracking i am after, but something that would alert me when my pre defined conditions are met (Like 2 points ahead in soccer). I am thinking this bot should be rather easy task to build with all the free available real time scores. But i do need to learn to build it first, so any available service would be better for sure. I'll get some sleep now and see if i got more suggestions tomorrow.

Things I check are score gap, presence of players or ther playing time, homecourt, and consistency with performance during the first half. But I don't do live betting often because I am aware that I'd be affected by my emotions and hesitations except if score gap is obvious and significant. Anything could happen within the game but I believe that there's an "A Game" moment for athletes too. Same goes with "Bad days" on them. These are things you could base your bet with. Just check on player's statistics. However, regardless of this, still choose to be disciplined with your bets 'coz anything could happen as long as there's time remaining for that game.

There is nothing wrong by trying to carve out a niche for yourself in gambling If betting on life games that is almost ending with winning advantage then nothing should stop you because that is the way you can be profitable in gambling since it is not prohibited, life betting is not bad. People who complain about it do that because of its very low odd but I think shouldn't come as what to complain but to take advantage of the game that is almost ending for your own advantage. Gamblers look for easy means that they can win and if you have identified a means that is profitable to you then stick to it.

Your strategy even makes sense, thinking about football, about other sports I don't know.

I prefer to place my bets on matches before the game starts, as basically the probability of each team winning is 50/50, so I think betting live won't make much of a difference.

But that's up to you OP, as you said, if your strategy is working, why not continue?

I don't think there's a kind of sites that exist, maybe just a live scores like https://m.flashscore.info/ but under your condition, you have to set it yourself or just create a bot if you are good in programming.

Low multipliers you say? 2 odds isn’t a low multiplier and the odds even appreciates 10minutes further into the halve. I’ve had to watch how this odds are being added and it often seems it’s by 10minutes of interval and when there is a major event against or for in the game. A side to it might drop odds while the other have a boost.

Either way, live events comes by some ease but, have got limited options to bet on and when an event has been produced. Perhaps you hoped to bet on the goal market for a both team score or over 2.5 and a goal has already been produced, your sure to meet low odds but, at least you’ve got a degree of satisfaction about a possible win.

I love betting in live events more than before games start.  If you know what you're looking for it can give you an advantage over the book.   I always like to look at the key or star players and see how they are playing.  If they seem off I lay down on the other team and if they look good I lay in even more on them. Over time betting live vs before games has done much better at least for me.

Betting on live events can sometimes be really stressing because you may be wanting instantaneous results and in some cases you may literally end up not getting these results you have wised to get as the game may end in the contrary from your expectations, it could also bring about some emotional instability due to close follow up with the game in a bid not to be left out and you end up loosing in the game or missing an opportunity to place a bet which you are supposing to be a winner.

Live bet can be one of the luckiest game to play sometimes and the other time it may be one of the worse experience you can have gambling especially when the opposite of your picks are happening or they are not playing the way you have expected because y may have taught that because they had done so fyn in the first half then you should bet on them in the second only to find out in the second half they aren't doing any better than they have done in the first half or maybe  their opponent is even doing better than they have done in the first half and the games is turning around.

Foe lucky days, you may win several picks on a particular game, so time it may be their goal options and before the game ends, they have scored several goals at a time and your picks are won, immediately you can opt for another pick probably corner or number of cards per half and watch till the game ends but all of this are highly dependent on what you see the team play as you watch them, live games are better played when you are watching them so by their performance you can make a good prediction.

One of my go-to strategies with live betting is a bit similar to what you mentioned, I look out for big favorites and wait for them to trail early in the game to catch better odds. It's not always effective, but it's one way to catch better odds and lessen your units per bet.

For esports, it's a bit different because the current kill score doesn't always dictate the strength of a team and you have to take note of different phases where the opposing side can quickly recover. Those certain phases can sometimes make the live odds deceiving and they'll make you think the trailing team is down by a lot when the reality is that it only takes one good fight or round to bring it back on an equal footing.

Sometimes the best opportunities arise later in the game, so don't rush to place a bet at the first sign of an opportunity.
