Thanks to the collaboration of a bitcointalk Staff team who are providing information such as their IP address, we will be able to track this person with authorities.
Out of curiosity, is this really true since I never saw moderator reveals a confidential information of any user here since forum moderator don’t moderate scam.

This man scammed me out of $500 for a crappy Github Script that he is not even the official developer. He is also creating closed threads on Bitcointalk so that no one can comment. BE CAREFUL.
Provide proof about your payment and conversation that indicates the user involved indeed asked you to send money on his address. Try to compile proof and upload to talkimg.com then post the link here so that we can help you verify your accusation and do necessary action against scammer.
