Trying to make yourself happy and not stressed is hard, if you are having financial issues. Right now, I am in by far the worst time in my entire life regards to finance, hopefully it will get better very soon but for a few more months I am going to end up with a terrible result, so it is not going to be that easy at all. TBH, I don't really get your point. When you are trying to save money, it is all about your income, it doesn't depend on your age. You can save money whenever you have an excess money, it doesn't matter whether you are below 30 or above 30.

Anyway, you ideally have an established income when you are 30. People already focus on gaining money from their jobs when they already above 20 years old. So it means you have 10 years experience in working. People commonly started to save money since they have a job for the first time. People normally choose a job with the salary that meet their life necessities. If they couldn't get enough salary from the job, they must get new jobs. So, it won't be difficult to balance your daily needs and savings after 10 years in working. You must have a lot of experience about saving, right?

To be honest, I was expecting a longer post. But I can tell you what I know about this.

There are three ways to save money.

The first way, is to get a job, and you work a 9-5. You get a fixed income, but you work your ass off until you retire. Doesn't sound very fun, doesn't it.

The second way is to find work on a freelancing platform like Upwork or Fiverr. Or do content cration which is basically freelancing but for yourself. Technically you're self-employed, but you're still working long hours for low pay. Also not ideal.

The third method is to get passive income. Affiliate marketing, registering a company and selling products on an online store, etcetera. This is the real deal, and where all the money is to be made.

Notice how I've never mentioned "number go up". Crypto is not a valid way of saving money because it is not a profession.
