If we do speak about potential or utility then there's no way that these meme coins are really that able to easily achieved such state. Somehow there were some meme coins that have become that
coming from a joke project into some having that actual utility like $FLOKI $BONK on which these are the tokens which are meme coins but actually did end up on having that utility but it doesnt mean
that majority of meme coins will really be taking up on the same path. It will really always relies on its DEVS and community support on which we know that this one comes past and gone on where there's no way
that you could be able to guarantee that it would really be lasting up for a long time. This is why there would really be  tons of factors that would really affecting out on coins/tokens future.

As for about the future of meme coins then this one would really be still surely be existing or something that will really be that remains. If we do tend to look into those decentralized exchanges then
there's so much hype and volume been made on meme coin trading on which this do really obviously shows that there's really indeed a strong market with these tokens.
This is why its important that when dealing up with meme coins then you should really know the risks involved into this one.

Utility, yeah. Most of them don't have it but it is amazing that they still have a potential to pump big due to manipulation and it is actually easy for them to achieve such state. The only thing is that it is also easy for them to die.

This is their other disadvantage. I didn't know that Floki and Bonk have been revamped later to have a utility but I think their hype didn't come back after it. This is still a good thing for those who still have their Floki and Bonk tokens on them because at least they can use it on more senseful things and then they didn't up with a valueless token. Who knows, their value might still rise more in the future?

A meme coin can have a community support but since it was a meme coin, its DEVS can still choose to discontinue the project and even do it unprofessionally by not giving a warning to their supporters.

Even the non-meme coins has no guarantees if they can last long but we have a better chance on them, especially if we pick those who already have a good background. Meme coins can usually land on DEX due to lesser restrictions but those who also get listed on a CEX (especially a really good one) will have a much stronger hype.

New memes was never a long term, we're already past the time where meme could actually become multi billion market cap coin and could actually retain its value.

most of meme right now just speculation, where after a while, the big bag holder will their holding to the market, maybe around the time when the liquidity is actually enough to not break the market completely so to not make people mad.
it's a good thing that people actually understand that memes are just a fad, only very few select meme could actually become sustaining enough for it to be listed in CEX with the caliber of binance and have constant high trading volume to not lose its momentum.

but I still expect meme coin hype to move over to SUI ecosystem IMO, it's so far been trying to get the spotlight, definitely not recommended to invest in random meme coin though.

It's no surprise that solana has become a full hub for memecoins, it's not even debatable that you can say ethereum is the top 1 for memes..

But most of the memecoins are still around while some of the memecoins are possibly gone or rugged.. But new memecoins are also coming in full force... I can see a lot of new memecoins coming in, based mostly on animal themed, celebrity and more.

To be honest with you guys, I can see some memecoin projects are also attempting to build actual utility beyond just being a meme. Like bringing dapps with gamified functionalities, project own app and more... So, i'm thinking there might be more onto these memecoins. what if team just brings up more and more hype and eventually get all investors and you being a holder suddenly see the team building usecases in an announcement? Could that be possibility in future?

Well for me I think there is always going to be a investment opportunity for the meme coins. There is people that will invest in a meme coin only because of how they think it looks. Or they think it is fun to hodl the coin.
I do not think many investors will choose to invest in a meme coin instead of bitcoin. For me the meme coins are not to be taken so seriously. I do only hodl some meme coins but I will not expect huge profit from them.

Memecoins are totally based on hype and nothing more, this is why we can't make a wise choice if we invest into any of them. After all, we are leaving our money into chance and hope one of them gets hyped a lot so we can make a profit. Instead of investing into these kind of things we should be looking to invest into things that makes a lot of money with time and it could grow better.

I personally believe the best we can do right now would be getting to a point where we can make a much better result and not really get any greater fear in the end. What we can assume right now would be putting money into these memecoins will be unlikely to be profitable and would require some viral marketing to make it go hyped, whereas if we invest into something which looks to be solid then we wouldn't have this kind of problem anymore.

So, investing into a coin like bitcoin or ethereum or bnb and whatever at the top like that, then we are going to be feeling fine about this investment.
