In the 10th match of the Lankan Premier League, Dambulla Sixers vs Colombo Strikers took to the field to face each other. In this match, Colombo Strikers batted first and scored 185 runs for six wickets in the allotted 20 overs. We thought maybe this run would be a challenging score for the Dambulla team but it was not. We saw great performances from the Dambulla team's opening batsmen even a great pair.

Taskin Ahmed, one of the best bowlers of the Bangladesh team, took the wicket of 154 runs to break the opening pair of the Dambulla cricket team. In this match mainly Dambulla Sixers team lost two wickets with Taskin Ahmed taking two wickets. Apart from him, no other bowler could put up a remarkable performance which resulted in Taskin's team Colombo strikers being miserably defeated in this match.

This match was very interesting, both the teams have performed very well. The target of 185 runs is not a small target.But Dambulla Thunders completed this run target in 17 overs . It was a great performance from Dambulla Thunders.Especially  K. Perera and R. Hendricks both of them win this match . K Perera played excellent and completed his half Century and made 88 run in just 50 balls and R. Hendricks played also well and he made 54 run .Colombo strikers also had a very good batting prefromance in the beginning , but S Khan could not play a long innings and he will be out by scoring only four runs , if he had palyed a long innings the run target could have been even higher for Columbo strikers.

Dambulla Sixers played very inning in past games and lost many games but in this game they proved to be very strong team.Colombo stickers and had played very well matches but this time they didn't play well. Hopefully they will continue to play best matches like before in future. kusal Perera my favourite performed very great for dambulla Sixers team member. Dambulla Sixers made 188 runs record for Colombia team and wining match by restricting batsman of Colombia twan. Colombo stickers chased only  185 runs and lost the match. The best batting performance in  dambulla Sixers man team was by kusal Perera scored 80 runs and 50 balls hitting 8 fours and 4 sixs. I hope Colombo stickers they will play better in the next match.

We are right now having match between Kandy vs Jaffna with after winning toss Kandy choose to field which was not good decision by them as right now as we are having end of the first inning Jaffna which is having strong batting line-up having 224 runs on board thanks to Pathum Nissanka who smashed 119 runs on just 59 balls and then having good support from the South African Rilee Rossouw and Kusal Mendis which were allowing him for having shorts all around the ground Wanindu Hasaranga which is champion bowler having 40 runs from his 4 overs without any wicket then Dushmantha Chameera having 44 runs from 4 overs, but he took 2 wickets in his last over Dasun Shanaka also having not good time with ball as he concedes 40 runs with 3 wickets for him as well.

Now look like we will have another win for the Jaffna in this game which will keep him at the top of league table and Kandy at the bottom with their worst bowling which is not helping them at all in this season.

Jaffna Kings, 224 runs in 20 overs was a tough target but Kandy Falcon will overcome this target very easily. Kandy Falcons beat Jaffna Kings by 7 wickets with 10 balls to spare. Kandy Falcons have lost three matches in a row after winning the first match with a win against Jaffna Kings today and changed their position in the points table. Kandy Falcons have climbed to the fourth position in the points table and are in the fourth position in the points table with a total of four points with two wins from their five matches.

Yeh Jaffna king is really on fire from start of the tournament compared to all of thier opponent and that why they are holding top of the table too even after that defeat. We have a match between Dambulla Sixers and Gelle Marvels, I think no doubt, Gelle Marvels took a good decision after winning the toss and decided to field first, it is good because Gelle Marvels have such a good opener who made 50 in 18 against Colombo Strikers and he could play amazing especially while chasing.

If Dambulla gives a high target then in short, it is a problem for them because as I said Gelle Marvels have an good openers who are able to made quick runs and the full game is dependent on that player mood. By the way, Dambulla Sixers are 86 runs with 5 wickets down. I do not think that they will be able to make any substantial score today.

Both of them micu interesting and challenging match was 11th and in this match, we see very close fight among them both created many trouble in front of each other. DAS batsmen set a target of 161 runs in 20 overs.  In hindsight, it was not such a difficult target but their bowler made it more difficult.  Their bowler did well in the match stopping the run of their batsmen and taking wickets and winning the match by dismissing all the batsmen in 19 overs.  But the DAS team has proved your prediction wrong.  The main role in their winning is their bowler.  And his performance in the first match has also been seen like this.  Everything you have said is completely wrong.  Target and victory cannot be predicted by seeing the performance of two or four overs.  Congratulations to DAS for this win.  And in the first match also GAM team lost the match and they should emphasize their performance to win this match.So that they also win matches and show good performance.

After giving wonderful performance in the first two matches, once again Shadab Khan lost his form (from Colombo Strikers) but overall, he should pick at least one wicket in every single match. But recently, we have seen an average performance by Shadab Khan on the batting side but before that two innings, he performed continuously in batting and bowling but now we are seeing some problems in Shadab Khan's form. hopefully, he will sort it out before the next matches and will perform good.

Also, this problem is not with only Shadab Khan, it is the problem of Colombo Strikers, as we have seen them against Kandy Falcons two times then they won with a huge run rate but the day when they came against Galle Marvels then their performance was also good but Galle Marvels played better than them.

In that match, their performance was also good but after that one match how poor they played against Dambulla Sixers and Jaffna Kings. Still, they are in the top four but now they are depending on the other team's results.

After Colombo Strikers set a big target of 189 runs I thought Colombo would win the match. 188 runs on this pitch was not a small collection. The batsmen batted well enough. Glenn Phillips in particular scored 58 off just 32 balls. Colombo Strikers managed to collect 188 runs due to the good batting of the top order batsmen.

Although the batsmen did well, the performance of the bowlers was very poor. Colombo captain used his 8 bowlers in this match. But none of the bowlers could bowl well. Everyone has contributed a lot of runs. The poor performance of the bowlers is the reason why the Colombo team is lagging behind.

Now, there is a long break in LPL. The next match will be played after the break of two or three days. By the way, as I had information from Google after researching on this, the owner of Dambulla had been arrested sometime back because he was doing corruption in sports which is against the rules of ICC that is why he has been arrested.
I don’t know about the full controversy then any one has more information about this then please give us updated information. However, after the next few days we will see the match between Jaffna Kings and Kandy Falconns which no doubt will be won by Jaffna Kings.
