KAF batsmen have perform very well in this match.  Their batsmen have given a target of 222 in 20 overs and have lost only 4 wickets.  Their batsmen have improve their pace.  And DAS batsmen scored 168 runs in 20 overs and lost 9 wickets and will lose the match.  KAF bowler has also done well.  Their bowler took wickets and stopped the runs and won the match.  Congratulations to them for this win and may they continue to play like this and keep win matches.  I was surprised to see their performance that the KAF team has decided to give themselves a good performance.And his team won the match by a huge margin of 54 runs.  This win is a big win for him.  Because they have improve their speed.

There was a match between Kandy Falcons and Dambulla Sixers which was easily won by Kandy Falcons as they start with the bat and they made 222 runs. This was such a big target set by them and it was such a high score and after that, the Kandy Falcon's innings finished and when Dambulla Sixer came with the bat then from the start, they had no hope of winning this match and as they accept right from the start that they have lost it.



After this victory, Kandy Falcons got the fourth position and once again Dambulla Sixers is on the down but hopefully, they will raise once e again and will qualify for the playoffs.

I thought Dambulla will win today's match. Because we have seen the boys from Dambulla perform well in the last few matches. But the performance of Dambulla bowlers in today's match was very poor. Dushan Hemantha took 3 wickets with 14 runs in 4 overs. Except for Hemantha, every bowler in Dambulla's squad contributed a lot of runs in this match. Chamindu Wickramasinghe gave 44 runs in 2 overs and Mohammad Nabi gave 42 runs in 3 overs. And because of the poor bowling by the bowlers, the Kandy Falcons players made a huge collection of 222. And won the match very easily. Dambulla are now at the bottom of the table after losing this match.

Galle Marvels lost today against Colombo. Galle team lost mainly due to bad batting of batsmen. Galle players gave a target of only 139 runs today. Victory was not possible on such a small target. However, despite losing the match, the Galle team remains at the top of the table

Yeah, A thriller game was played yesterday Galle Titans gave the target of 149 runs to Dambulla Thunders excellent bowling by Mohammad Nabi and Dushan Hemantha takes 2, 2 wickets. Dambulla Thunders could also made 148 runs Reeza Hendricks played 72 runs innings but unlucky to won the game for his team credit goes to Maheesh Theekshana he takes three wickets while in last over he bowls brilliantly and defended 8 runs and take important wicket of Reeza Hendricks which was the turning point for galle Titans. The scores were level and super over decided the winner Maheesh Theekshana bowls over from galle Titans and conceded only 6 runs what an over delivered by Theekshana he also bowls good under pressure in last over when same batsman on the crease and saved 9 runs. Galle Titans won the match in super over alex hales chased the target single handedly in super over.

Jaffna kings proved to be very strong team  and wining the match for playing amazing. Jaffna kings chased it record of 79 wining the match. Kandy Falcons played very poorly and made only 78 runs record and lost the match. Kandy folcons will continue to play well in the future. Kandy Falcons has built a very good team hoping they will play like this in the future matches as well. It's not when Jaffna kings will play a good match. To be honest I was expecting some good results from Colombo strikers but they really disappoint Thier fan by losing one of the easiest match which can divert in thier favour if they played a bit sensibly because thier opponent scored very low target around 120 so we can say it's run a ball match but as soon as Colombo strikers lose thier both oppners with a golden duck they got pressurized and Thier main power hitter waseem and Philips not even Handel situation, later thier captain try hard to put his team on track but none of thier partners stick long with him and that's why he lose his grip too and unfortunately lose one of important matches due to his mistakes, but here credit will goes to opponent bowlers too because they were the main character of that victory

I just don't know what went wrong with Colombo Strikers in this match ? This match was in their pocket as they only have to chase 123 runs but they made a mess out of it and lost it to Dambulla Sixers who is the most weakest team and are at the bottom of the table.
The only good thing for the Colombo Strikers is that even losing this match, they retain their 3rd spot with 8 points.

Nuwan Pradeep and Chamindu Wickramasinghe took 5 wickets in between them and did not let Colombo Strikers batsmen to settle and make runs. I think the number of teams in the Lankan Premier League should be increased. Because there are total 5 teams here. Each team plays only 8 matches. And the interesting thing is that only one team is eliminated after 8 matches. If there were at least 8 teams then the Lanka Premier League would have become more competitive.

Galle Marvels and Jaffna Kings are going to meet in Qualifier 1. Both teams managed to get 10 points from 8 matches. And each of the two matches won one match each. It is expected that the next match of Galle vs Jaffna will also be very exciting.

They were also struggling at 5 for 35 runs only but then Mohammad Nabi, the captain, played a brilliant 40 runs innings followed by Wickramasinghe 26 runs. These runs were the difference in the end between the two teams.

We didn't get any single partnership by Colombo Strikers as they one needed one partnership and they could have chased this score. With this we we see Colombo Strikers in the Eliminator match with Kandy Falcons. This is their last chance to show some batting strength otherwise they will be eliminated if they fail tomorrow too. Dambuallah Sixers won this narrow gameby 28 runs. The 20th match between dambuallah Sixers and Colombo strickes was played  at  R premadas stadium. Group phase matches are all done in Lanka Premier League, and I am sorry to say that in terms of popularity they got beaten hands down by Major League Cricket.
