I didn't know that Lanka Premier League has started. Besides, we know that this league is not as popular as IPL, so I am not that interested in this league. In this season, several star players of Bangladesh are playing for different teams. So I think many cricket fans of Bangladesh are following the matches of this league.

Anyway, today the match has started between Colombo Kaps and Jaffna Kings. Colombo Kaps won the toss and decided to bowl. However, Jaffna Kings have not had a bad start, so far they have scored 71 runs for the loss of 2 wicket in 8 overs. If they can do well in the end, they can collect a good score.

Anyway, in this match, I have kept Jaffna Kings as the favorite and bet on them. So let's see if Jaffna Kings can perform as per my expectations.

This kind of league is not international, which is why it does not impress much and there is a change of batsmen and bowlers in them because the international players have played in it with hard work and effort for a long time and their role in it is enough strong. We know the strength and hard work of Bangladesh and if some of their batsmen are included in this league, I do not think that team will progress because we all know what their situation was in the recent series. This match will create a good strength and interest between the two because the batsmen of Jaffna king have played with a lot of effort and hard work in which they have given a strong target of 202 and success can be achieved. They are considered a very strong team in this league due to which they will easily succeed in this match.

I agree with you and i also returned to this thread after quite a long time. At beginning of the league, I was following it closely and watched a few opening matches. When I came back, I noticed that 15 matches had already been finished, with latest one being played today among Colombo Kaps and Jaffna Kings. According to Cricbites, Lanka Premier League is ranked 11th among top cric league while Indian Premier League holds top position.

Anyway, today the match has started between Colombo Kaps and Jaffna Kings. Colombo Kaps won the toss and decided to bowl. However, Jaffna Kings have not had a bad start, so far they have scored 71 runs for the loss of 2 wicket in 8 overs. If they can do well in the end, they can collect a good score.

I could not watch entire match, but result is now out. Jaffna Kings squad dominated match and no doubt their performance was remarkable. Their batters collected valuable scores during  power-play and partnership among Ibrahim Zadran (95) and Kamil Mishara (44) laid a solid base for victory. Colombo Kaps squad needed aggressive batting-display during chase but none of their batters managed to score fifty. Even so, posting 183 scores was not a bad.

Anyway, in this match, I have kept Jaffna Kings as the favorite and bet on them. So let's see if Jaffna Kings can perform as per my expectations.

Tawhid Hridoy also gave an average performance in this match because he played 16 balls in this match and he made 21 runs in this match . He should try to make partnership in this match but he was not successful to make a partnership but his team won this match because other players of that team played very well in this match.Kamil Mishara gave good rhythm to his team and he made  49 runs in this match and he faced only 26 Balls and hit 5 sixes and 2 fours in this match and his strike rate was brilliant in this match. Target was  very big in this match and that was a big reason opponent team could not chase that target and they were all out at 200 runs. Jaffna Kings won the match by 21 runs which was an easy win for that team.

Jafna kings played master class innings, Mishara and Fernando both took the game seriously, and added massive scores for the team. While rest of the players were also did best for uplifting the graph. 221 was the difficult and competitive for the rivals. On the other side Kandy landed for defending, game was very interesting in start but at middle phase their pace for the score was low. But then Shaheen Afridi and Hasaranga both calmly played and helped to close the target. Despite all efforts JK's bowlers did strong planning. And they put focused on collection the wickets, that's make the reason of their win. They gave defeat to the opponents by the margin of 21 runs.

In this league 18th matches have been completed. Yesterday was the match between Jaffna Kings and Kandy. Jafna kings played master class innings, Mishara and Fernando both took the game seriously, and added massive scores for the team. While rest of the players were also did best for uplifting the graph. 221 was the difficult and competitive for the rivals. On the other side Kandy landed for defending, game was very interesting in start but at middle phase their pace for the score was low. But then Shaheen Afridi and Hasaranga both calmly played and helped to close the target. Despite all efforts JK's bowlers did strong planning. And they put focused on collection the wickets, that's make the reason of their win. They gave defeat to the opponents by the margin of 21 runs.

Their performance has better even more than before and in this game his players scored runs with a lot of determination and hard work and winning. His players scored more than 200 runs in a 20 over innings which makes their win more easy. Jk next game in which they should play their performance with a lot of struggle and become the first team in this league to defeat everyone. Kar team was also playing better but 21 runs were their loss at the end and that was their fate. If their players had scored runs quickly, their chances could have been much better and target would have been achieved for them.

I think Shaheen Afridi should take test because his pace is very low and Pak need pacers and his ball is not going up to 130 and he is looking like medium fast bowlers and few years ago, he claimed to be premium fast bowler or Pak but he has zero performance and his country need him and he is playing in the third class league which has no importance on International level.

He should work on his fitness because he is not proper fit and his pace is going down and down. He is married but it should not affect on his performance and Pak has no backup which is Pak fault. He took no wicket and gave 43 runs in 3 overs and gave runs with economy of 14.3 which is a point should be noted.
