Microsoft will end the support for WINDOWS 10 in 2025. Microsoft already ended support for other WINDOWS earlier.

What WINDOWS do you use? Do you mind if you are using a WINDOWS which has no support from Microsoft?

Does it really matter?

Otherwise everybody has to use the latest WINDOWS i.e. WINDOWS 11.

I use Apple computers at home primarily, but I do have a work laptop running Windows 11.  I would say that yes, it does matter whether you keep using a version of Windows that is no longer supported.  That means there won't be security updates anymore, which puts you at higher risk of attack/exploitation.

I'm not sure what you mean here.  Are you saying you pirated the current version of Windows that you are using?  You can download the Windows 11 iso file free from Microsoft.  I think they still want you to pay to register the software, but I don't think it is required; you will just get a nag message on the desktop saying it's not registered and they won't let you personalize some parts of it (like the desktop background) until you do.

I always update to the latest version of my software. Of course, some people still use Windows 7 for certain purposes. However, I believe it is unnecessary to do so. It's important to keep up with current trends and technologies.

And if you use a pirated assembly, what should you do?

1. Download Windows 11 from the Microsoft site - not a pirated copy.
2. Use https://www.kmspico.ws/ to set up an activation server.

Hello Kongxx,

It's true that Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 in 2025. Using an unsupported version of Windows can pose security risks, as it will no longer receive critical updates and patches. However, the choice of operating system ultimately depends on the user's needs and comfort level.

But in addition to Windows, there are other operating systems available such as Mac OS. Apple provides long-term support for their products, which makes expensive Mac computers and notebooks worth the investment.

To keep pace with the times, one needs to embrace the updated content every moment. Windows is doing the same thing. I think we should help them in this.

I would highly recommend Windows 11 over Windows 10, but if you have an older laptop, it's highly likely that it doesn't have the TPM 2.0 chip needed to run Windows 11.
