Hello to everybody,

I am here to ask you if exist some program to do CPU Scrypt mining (not the wallet that could mine) but some other program.

At work I have a PC that is h24 at work and I want use it to mine in a pool (but not using my wallet because I don't want that it is linked to my walletd)

Can I do something like it?

Tnx
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Finally tried this out in conjunction with my 2 mining cards.   Running a overclocked e6750 nets me around 15+k (average 7.8/9/core).  Not bad!  With this moster cooler processor stays below well below 55f degrees.  Not so sure on power usage though.... However with one card at 261k and a second at 210 adding in the 15+ almost gets me .5M!   Adding extra threads will not help correct at the cores are intended 1 thread per core correct?
