I checked my Jacksclub account to gamble my reward but is not there, to my surprise i won some wager contest (I even wasn't aware of) when i was gambling with my earlier reward, so no worries i can wait bit longer right now

Yep, we know you have won before. But we had multiple complaints of duplicate accounts participating and we had to change the eligibility criteria's.
