How can the person who work 5-6 days Week long days can't afford to rent alone good looking apartment or House? Don't you think something is really wrong ?

There's really something wrong with the system nowadays and thanks to the factors that have made real estate prices too stretched no commoner will be able to live comfortably and expect to own a house even if the job is a minimum pay. We go back to the past time, we see people live freely and life wasn't tough at all. Businessmen, employees, or workers don't have that much to think of as you can expect to own a simple house that you can own and be able to pay that by being a laborer. Real estate prices really appreciate and it has come to the point that this is too much but that's how demand and supply work. The demand is high and the supply for having a land space is limited and we expect this matter to continue until we're dead or who knows if this real estate bubble is going to pop soon.

The demand for people to purchase houses are in the high side now especially in the downtown of every country. But like you said, even the locals are becoming more aware and interested in the industry. But like you have mentioned, Bitcoin have come to salvage the situation as many salary earners, including civil and public servants can invest their funds into the Bitcoin in a DCA approach. Alternative to Bitcoin, is the Altcoins and Stablecoins which are other means people can invest their money. Minimum wages, rental prices, etc. must be balanced. However, it is a matter of principle that people feel that owning a house or apartment is not a quick process. You must be able to manage your finances from each income to be set aside or invested. Regardless of the salary you get, it depends on the skills you have and the field in which you work. At a minimum, your lifestyle and needs must be adjusted to the income you earn, don't let your lifestyle be more than your income because you will always feel like you are lacking. Try to reduce your lifestyle and think about long-term interests, for example by investing whatever amount you can afford.

I don't know how bad the situation is in those countries where property prices are expensive due to the high taxes imposed by the government. But it does not increase workers' income. I think for housing issues and low cost houses that people can afford, the government will have to step in to build satellite towns and affordable housing scheme for people to live, because if it is left in the hands of real estate developers to build and put it out there for sale or rentage, trust me the low income earners will definitely find it extremely difficult to pay, because they are pure private investors that just wants to make gains from their investment, so they don't really care much about those that cannot afford it.
However if government comes in to build those low cost houses, you will find out that government can put it out on sale or rentage on subsidized amount for low income earners and middle income earners so they can have good living houses within their earnings.

Wages on the other side needs to be readjusted and pushed up a little to meet up with the current realities on ground so that the indigent and low income earners can be able to afford to beat up inflation from their take home pay.

The price of an apartment is getting very expensive that seems very difficult for people to afford it. I asked one of the Real Estate agent the reason why houses are getting expensive, I was told it is because price of everything is increasing that is why the price of renting house is getting expensive too. If the price remains low real estate investors won't be able to meet up with maintenance of their house and also to get good profit to afford to have more properties.

I think when it comes to the rent of houses it is supposed to be approved and regulated by the governments because the price is what so many people can't even afford, I think real estate owners are trying to take advantage of people by just blaming people.

Op you emphasized so much about working hard that I didn't read about reconciling hard working with working smart. A lot of people that are poor or are unable to access or afford certain luxury in life are not that they aren't hardworking but that they fail to recognize the dynamics in the trend and wave  of the time by being smart to follow suit. My friend working in London very expensive hotel there you pay 3000-5000$ per one night and people booking those for months sometimes even for few months and those hotels despite high prices are not empty they always fully booked.

One of the reasons why real estate prices went to moon because overseas investors using specially the western countries famous cities properties just as Investment objects they don't even live in there they just buy it and often they don't buy one property they buy a lot of them some rich overseas indviduals don't buy one apartment they can buy all building.

Looking for alternative earning ....?? Well it sounds good but when you work 5 - 6 days Week you have family and a lot things to do then you got no time.
That's the matrix the circle without end you don't have never enough money and never enough time.

Does the Pre-Fabricated houses or tiny houses that you mentioned are the main/primary ones? And if they are much cheaper, then why still look for an alternative, when an alternative is supposed to offer a better option if we can't find what we are looking for in the first one. A regular house is only regular, which means they can also be inexpensive. According to my observation, real estates are having a good reputation at most times when it comes to investment, so I don't think what you said is true that the demand for traditional housing will go down and again like a regular house, a traditional housing can also come as inexpensive.

It doesn't matter if you are working 5 days or 7 days a week. What matters is the productivity of your labor. If you are productive enough, your employer will increase your salary. The housing market has nothing to do with the low wages.
You have to blame the banking system for the high real estate prices. Mortgages artificially create demand on the real estate market, because almost everybody(with a job and a decent credit score) can get a mortgage.
If you are complaining about your low salary and high rent, just move to a smaller town and try to find a job there.
Living in a megapolis with a population of several million people and expecting the real estate prices to be low is simply dumb.
Living in a developed country like UK, USA and Canada and expecting the prices of houses/apartments to be low is also really dumb.
And I don't think that any government could solve this problem. The governments are flooded with debt. Do you expect the government to build you a cheap house?
