Insufficient funds but I have enough balance in my sportsbet.io account

What happened::
Today I opened an account on sportsbet.io and started to gamble because EURO2024 quarter final already started.

At the beginning I lost around 200 USDT, I thought I was just unlucky and deposited 17mBTC later.

Finally I could double my funds in casino and few bets in the quarter final match. After I decide to withdrawal some bitcoin to my wallet, the system declined my withdrawal and when I try to bet on another games, the system gives me Insufficient funds error.

Does anyone has similar case and can give me some help?

I don't quite get why you would have to jump to the conclusion that this is a scam before contacting the support of the website jn question.

It seems like a technical error. But how can you prove that it's a scam if you don't try to at least inform them about it? Give them a chance to know of the issue and try to fix it at least. Maybe it's some improper programming from their side. Could be also that they don't care so much to fix it fast. But for this to be a scam it would need to be demonstrated that there is deliberate negligence to give the user what they are owed from the casino's side. So if you are willing to go to the lengths of writing a whole scam report at least also contact them.

There's a reason the withdraw may have been rejected, and the support has the best answer and solution for you. Please, i suggest you talk to them. I don't think Sportsbet would to scam your 43.812mBTC and put their years of good reputation at stake.

Yes, it sucks, but you will have to be patient until you get an answer from them. Maybe they might even need you to undergo KYC verification before you can make the withdrawal. Alternative try sending a private message to the link of the forum profile sportsbet.io I sent you earlier on, He will help you (please note that the account was last active about 4 days ago so it's likely you might wait for a few hours or even a couple of days before you can get an answer)

Sportsbet instantly credits the funds to your account, but in order to withdraw the funds they need to be processed by the blockchain.

If you used low fee to send BTC to SB, that's probably why your withdrawal is rejected.

Can you please check if the situation is simply because you're asked to perform KYC? If I understand correctly, you made an account, deposited, and made a withdrawal request in a very short time [one day], perhaps you accidentally triggered their AML alarm.

I infer from your screenshot that your username is Merbuj2874? Let me try to page Steve over this, see if I am right and you're "simply" triggered their alarm and/or if he can give us some info on what happened.

I sent with a very high fee(highest priority) and it is confirmed on blockchain. I have no another choice after my withdrawal got rejected and I cant even bet now, that is so annoying

I hope my problem will be resolved soon.The telegram group I was talking about is the sportsbet official telegram group because I can see people post their bets in the group and place bets as a group is not against the rule.

How can you tell that it is not a technical problem? It is not something that would be obvious from your side.

Besides, you said you opened the account today, right? And instead of waiting for a response from their customer support, you decided to create a scam accusation on a public forum instead? How do you think thats fair on your part?  As I see it, thats a baseless accusation and you should at least wait 24-48 hours for them to respond to your support request.

You are right, because I have faced similar case last year on a scam website, that is the reason why I am so nervous, please understand my fear after I cant bet on any games. As I said before, I sent the email and Im waiting for the response now
