Can you share why such an obvious spammer gets such a lenient treatment after having 55 posts deleted? I don't think he'll ever contribute anything good to Bitcointalk. Waiting for 7 days means nothing to a spammer (or even spambot), while it took a lot of effort from many people to report those posts.

I guess this entire "Big wins at FreeBitco.in" thread should be locked forever. Or is it actually allowed to run all these spambots? Interestingly though, all these accounts have just a few posts. But still they are obviously supposed to mislead people. I see that thread getting bumped all the time with these fake posts.

I wonder if one user is spamming with one account or someone sets up 1000 accounts and posts once with them, shouldn't entire threads be treated equally? This guy is the OP of that thread he recently got red tagged, but I'd consider putting an end to that thread as a whole.

No, I can't. I reported this user in the moderator section on the evening of July 7, and described the whole situation with spamming the topics with medical cannabis advertisements and about topics with links to non-existent pages. Why the senior moderators made this decision is unknown to me.

Definitely 40 deleted posts. If actually they are paid per task, deleting 40 posts means 40 tasks while to nuke a user is 1 task.

I remember he perform massive spam wave at least 3 times. I left him feedback during 1st spam wave[1], another user bothered to make post about him during 2nd spam wave[2] and a moderator left feedback during 3rd spam wave[3]. In addition, his profile page shows he create 61 posts while BPIP shows at least 94 posts of his posts deleted by moderator[4]. So this time, i believe he should be nuked or at least permanently banned.

I think @obtainehigh is not just sending spam posts like he is a member of a drug kingpin.

Obviously this is contrary to international law, I think we can report the cannabis post can endanger the public, it seems that if their mod does not care about that post, Global Mod must follow up on the drug kingpin, we do not want the world to know the Bitcoin Forum in the Capped Promoting Drugs Legally carried out by irresponsible members.

Global Mod must act to clean the drug kingpin post.

Technically he hasn't been breaking any rules... unless advertising unrelated products in your own thread is against the rules. But it seems like borderline spam and it could very well be considered "spam" by any mod. If he starts spamming in threads outside of his own then he stands a much stronger chance of being banned.

For me I don't think that is allowed by constantly positing in different Local board without getting to hire people from those local boards to get that content translated locally than finding a way to maneuver his content and post in those places, usually the system doesn't support using tools to translate information automatically without getting those who are from that section involved. And also, keep generating posts all time or over hundreds times with same content and post is also seen as spamming or violations.

I tried reporting some of his posts and my reports marked as "Good". I would guess his post violate forum rule either because being off-topic or use English text/image on local board.

FWIW, cannabis is legal on few country either only for medical usage or also for recreational usage. So i have doubt moderator would remove all of his promotional thread.
