Cryptomus_com campaign manager is online now. And there is no way he is not seeing all these things. And if he didn't reply to any of these quarries then it is a deliberate act and the forum should also take a drastic act. Responding to complains is one of the most important thing in the forum.
This is not the first time he has been online and seeing all this drama which am very certain he is seeing because this whole shit has been going on and he has chosen to remain adamant about everything. I just don't know why he would hire a professional campaign manager to atleast run the whole campaign for him. Even if this campaign was to be genuine from the start because of this whole incident I think their or his image has been dented and i would definitely not want to use such services from this user.

cryptomus_com has come back with a nice new decision. The manager is solving all their problems. He replied to me by text saying that they had some mistakes that were not clearly stated and therefore decided to pay everyone.

They apologize for their mistakes and move forward. They have really taken a very good initiative. I hope the cryptomus_com manager is doing well to realize their mistakes and correct them slowly. Thanks to them for making this correction. Finally a credibility of the signature campaign will come back a good side from the signature campaign of the forum will come back and everyone will have confidence in it. Thanks to cryptomus_com manager, I hope if you do everything right your tags will be picked up by the respected members of the forum.

Ops great news from the cryptomus_com team to their signature participants. Anyway, thank you for opening this thread.

I myself informed two of their official members about this thread although PMing them on the official Bitcointalk forum account never got any response.  But their members on Telegram responded to me maybe they took proper action, that's why you got this message.  Anyway hope the cryptomus_com project pays everyone properly and recovers their reputation and can do better in the future.
Moreover, I will again give the same suggestion that they should hire a professional campaign manager to get good results.  Because they don't know which member promotion will make their project's signature campaign successful.

That is an impressive response from them if they actually send out the payments to those that were affected. This was the main reason I held off on tagging them, their response was necessary to determine which decision to take, and it was a great response;
• Acknowledged their mistake,
• Apologized for the inconvenience,
• And promised to take action to rectify the error.

This is a learning curve which the manager will certainly learn from. Hiring a more experienced manager may be of benefit, but with the right modifications the campaign can continue as it is and eventually win back the trust of users.
I should add that a neutral tag may still be necessary to warn others of this behavior and give future participants in their campaigns a heads up.

I have no issues removing my tag or making it into a neutral once the manager actually makes a statement either in this thread or their campaign thread and it is confirmed that those who actually qualified and weren't paid are paid plus the rules are made more clear in their thread.

Thanks, cryptomus_com manager, for solving my problem. I just realized I had given my BTC address wrong. I noticed it at the end of the week and PM'd them. After PMing me today, they messaged me, saying that my BTC address had been paid to the correct one.


I am grateful for the manager's efforts in resolving this issue. I have received my payment and thanked the manager. They will take the necessary steps to ensure such problems do not recur, enhancing their reputation.

But I suggest they hire an experienced campaign manager for this journey; otherwise, they cannot successfully campaign it. They need to hire a skilled campaign manager, which will be perfect for them.

Good respond from them but what about those who received the message, are they still in the campaign? Since they said the mistake was from them, then they have to move along with all again until there is any misbehavior of a participant in the future.

They can just come here and behavior any how. The forum is well organized and not a play ground or a scamming ground, they should be careful with their dealings here.

If today you haven't received your payment, maybe you need to reconfirm it with the campaign manager via PM. because with current costs it should not require costs that are too high. or maybe he has sent it but with a cheaper cost setting. so you have to wait for it.
some participants already received their payments, and the campaign manager sent a message to the participants, which looked good. but hopefully, he will appear in the thread to provide a statement to clear things up. that's what we expected.

So are we to continue or to stop? And if those who received the message from him are to stop, no problem but since the mistake  was from them and it was a mistake which they have  noticed and trying to rectify it then they who received the message should rewear the signature and continue work.
And we believed that by next week Monday everything would be set up. But the campaign manager would have make comments on the threads. To avoid panicking.

Liked your enthusiasm for giving a second chance to such member. It's really a big deal. I am not speaking on his behalf just sharing my own POV. And after reading some replies, I think all of the members did receive their payments or their payments are being confirmed now. I think the manager took the rules and community lightly, he thought maybe he could scam all of us and give payment to a few and the other few would remain silent.

I have seen this happening on many freelancing platforms where they do this by creating a fake case. But I like how this whole community stood as one, not just going against him but when he opened that thread for participants, this community as a whole guided him too. I am not new here, I knew in past members stood up together but this was worth mentioning.

The response from the campaign manager is a good development. Participants are now aware that the campaign has been paused and those who have not received payments should expect it. At least tension has been reduced so far. They have also promised to look into the suggestions from the community and come back better. Making mistakes is not that bad especially if you learn lessons from them and come back better.

I support your opinion and one of the negative tag which is the pp tag was given because of the Op of this thread payment and the op according to him has received his payment there Poker Player should also review his tag since the issue of that tag has been resolved. And all these things were caused by the Op of Cryptomus Campaign Manager. If was responding to those complains at the initial time or made comments on the pay day then all these tags and flags wouldn't be there. We hope he should come back with good plans.
