This site has blocked my account with the Litecoins I deposited on it, which belong to me.

I made several deposits that I lost while playing, and I accept the rules of the game. I made a final deposit of 1.6 Litecoins, with which I managed to win a bit. I then withdrew 0.011, 0.05, and 0.05 Litecoins. My account has 1.64 Litecoins, but it is blocked. I have written to the site several times, but I have not received any response from them.

If anyone knows someone from this site so I can talk to them, please let me know, as they are not responding to my emails. ?

This is a scam case which means it should be on the Scam accusation board using the scam report format to make your report more detailed. You are a old forum member which means you should know how to move a thread.

How long ago did you write to them? Could it be a case of just slow support taking so long to respond to customers?

I have seen some negative reviews on Trustpilot talking about disabled accounts, without giving any reasons to do so. Maybe it's a habit. I would suggest you try getting to them with whatever communication channel is available until they pay up.

For 2 and a half months, I was losing. (So, I lost the first three deposits I made.) It's not a big deal, it's part of the game. For the past 15 days, I've started winning and making withdrawals, with my last deposit 1,6 litecoins

My last deposit was 1.6 Litecoins. I managed to make 3 withdrawals , and now my account is blocked. I have written 4 emails, on 07/08, 07/09, 07/10, and 07/11, and I have not received any response or explanation.

This site is a scam. When you start winning a bit, they block your account and steal your money.

It seems they do not have any announcements on the forum or links on social media, communication channels, or online support chat, except for the single way of contacting them, which is their official email.

Their domain appears to have been operational for years, yet most of the feedback and video reviews on YouTube are old, as if the site has been abandoned.

Also, check the attached image; they manage four other sites, and even the site free-ethereum[.]io has been flagged by MetaMask as a deceptive site. All the other sites have poor and bad ratings; see [1] - [2] - [3] - [4].



Also, There is no information about the owners of these sites. They also mentioned the following on the Privacy Policy page on their free-litecoin website:

Seychelles company number 222517 places in Seychelles fully complying with the Seychelles legislation address Victoria house 306 Mahé Seychelles

Through my research, I have not seen a company with this number or located at this address. So I pretty much think it's a clear scam, sad for your loss.
