In case you don't know, the contention was that, for instance, a gambler wants to bet on sports and was given 2 options (A and B), and after his analysis, he discovered that A is the right option. I've actively tried to bet more on the underdog /upsets..but I find myself in a difficult spot each and every NFL season in this regard.  I do pretty well with betting each year on NFL games, and tend to place 4-8 bets a week.  Most of the bets are simply choosing the winner in conjunction with the spread.  I would say 75% of my bets end up being on the favorite, to cover the spread.  I wonder if others find themselves in this position when betting their favorite sport.

Don't really focus with the favorites or underdogs, instead focus on your analysis.

If there's a match that I'm interested to bet, I will try to analysis which one that will win, then I will check the odds, if the reward and risk aren't worth to bet, then I will avoid to bet.

If you focus with the odds over your analysis, it will increase your greediness since you're looking to win streak (bet on favorites) or make a lot money with single shot (bet on underdogs).
